    Santa Ritas are burning...

Its mainly burning the dry buffalo grass. As long as it doesn't burn any structures its not the worst thing to happen. The burned area is going to be the nicest, greenest terrain after the monsoon.

    Santa Ritas are burning...

Doesnt seem like it at least not with this case. Seems like they are just focusing on his bone head mistake. If he was a construction worker would it have said "off duty construction worker starts fire"? If he was a casher at Frys would it say "off duty cashier starts fire"? Barber? Tree trimer? Post office worker? Get real dude. Not the proudest moment for the BP, but if you think for second that's not a passive slam on BP, you need to wake up and get some Folger in your cup. ⬆️ Yup very true

    Man hit by Deer

One of the funnier things I have seen recently. Even more crazier that he's in a city area.

    They are out...

That last pic gets my blood flowing. Hate to think of that being on my back porch when my toddler is out there playing

    THE CHIEF

His first three albums are pretty dang good. I was pretty disappointed with his last two though.

    They are out...

During the first deer hunt in late October I came within about a foot of being bit. I was Walking pretty quick to get to me glassing spot for the afternoon, and I hear rattling just bit to my right and luckily I jumped left, cause there was a big ol sucker reared up and ready. I don't like to think about what would have happened if I stepped in the wrong direction. A few large rocks to the head and he no longer posed a threat.

    They are out...

Makes me wish it was November through February again when you could start hiking around without a care of running into one of those things

    They are out...

Exactly what I would have done. I always turn around to run over a rattler if I missed it the first time. It's the easiest and safest way to kill them. I can't remember the last time I let one live if the opportunity was there to kill it.

    Which tripod do you use?

Vanguard Alta 284 carbon fiber with ball head has worked great for me

Internet service providers far east Tucson

I live in Vail, sauarita and Wentworth area. My wife and I just use our mobile hotspots through Verizon. An extra 10 bucks per line so $20 total. As long as you have strong 4g where you live you can do just about anything. I have played PS4 online and netflix at the same time with no problems. I think Verizon let's you use up to 22 gigs on their new unlimited data plan before slowing it down. I was grandfatherd in on a different plan without restrictions so it's completely unlimited for me. I think would be worth a try, pretty sure you can cancel the hotspot anytime, but the unlimited data plan is worth it.

    Fair Chase in Arizona ...

After loosing multiple locked cams to theft, I stopped putting my cams on major tanks that can be easily driven too. Too many POS out there. I look for trails near by.
  15. Gardner canyon area in 34a has plenty of multi trailer size sites and plenty of roads to drive on.

    2005 F150 4x4

Get blood stains and AZ pin stripping, then it's a certified hunting truck.

Using Coverup Scents Sprays / Wafers

Tried scent blockers once a long time ago when a friend of mine had some. Didn't see a difference, still got busted. I spend way too much on hunting as it is, so I don't spend my money on any of that.

Arizona bill that would let you shoot snakes

Wow, I didn't know that. Pretty cool, so just freeze them to death then call around to see which taxidermist will pay for one? I'm gonna have to try to remember that instead of throwing the biggest rocks I can find around me at their heads.

    The new boarder wall

Wow, crazy how these threads change. I am also confused about what's going on. Seems like a bunch on miscommunication.

Guide and Client wounded in Border Ambush

Is there a way for the people who donated money to these morons to get it back?

Guide and Client wounded in Border Ambush

Just when I was thinking, why isn't this making national news and all over FOX or other networks. Thank God it isn't, it's now a huge black eye for hunters all over and his guide service.

Guide and Client wounded in Border Ambush

Sounds to me like the guide might have been tripping on more than just alcohol to be that paranoid. Seems like just a little communication would have kept any of this from escalating.

    Input on a truck

I almost bought a mid 2000s diesel Dodge recently for my hunting truck. I decided that I really didn't need a diesel engine so went with a 2006 Chevy Silverado 1500. Like someone said Chevy's have the best gas engines, especially the late 90s mid 2000 generation of Chevy pickups. If you need a diesel, you won't be disappointed with a Dodge, but for gas engines I would go GM.

    The new boarder wall

It's funny that so many people think a huge wall is the answer. Like the cartels haven't been going under or over current walls for decades now. Like someone else said, a physical barrier is greatly going to affect animal migrations. I hope they lean more towards a "virtual" wall with more surveillance, sensors and monitoring abilities. We definitely need to beef up our border security, but not by wasting money on something that has already been proven not to work.
