We have a house that we're selling that has a leak somewhere in the front and are looking for a roofer to take a look at it and hopefully fix it. We also have the house we're living in that has a broken concrete tile or two that we'd like fixed. Are there any roofers on here from the northwest valley, or any roofers you'd recommend, that would be interested in a little work? The 2 houses are right across the street from each other.

The leak is over the front porch and to the side of an upstairs bedroom. The home inspector thought it was an old leak, but the rains last week proved otherwise. I can't tell for certain if the attic is accessible where the leak is or not, but it looks like it should be.

TTT, still looking for a roofer.
