Welcome to the site. That sure is a beautiful buck, way to go. Congratulations, --Bill

Looks good Amanda, I can't imagine not having antlers laying around my house. --Bill

I guess last year I was just lucky, I didn't see any illegals while hunting 36B. I realize that it's a fact that they are there, it's just a shame that you have to worry about them. Before my hunt in 36B last year, I was more concerned with the illegals in AZ than the Kodiak Brown bears while Sitka hunting Kodiak Island the fall of '07. --Bill

That is really nice Mike. My wife saw the pictures will I was looking (she's a backseat CWT.com reader). We've been wanting to make a woodbox for our cabin to keep the mess somewhat contained. Looks like it just moved up n my list of things to do. Good job, --Bill

Hope you have a great day Brian. --Bill

That's as close as I can get it. I'll probably be back out there within a month, I'll try to get some better pics. --Bill

Went out glassing last month and glassed a few sheds, only took pics of one. Closer..... Closer....... They help me finds things that I have no intention of walking to. --Bill

"That is true they did not steall it, so what does that make them just half a dirtbag?" Maybe a Dustbag??? I would take it as a warning that someone know's about the tank, and not be hanging my $200.00 on it. Better safe than sorry. --Bill

I would like one also. --Bill -
Nothing wrong with being an educated shopper. I've heard good things about the Monarch 12x56 ATBs. I bet mounted on a tripod they would be pretty good. I was going to get a pair when I got my Steiners, but opted for the Steiners anyway. I have spotted a bunch of game here in NM with the 10x42 ATBs on a tripod. Goodluck, --Bill

Isn't that buck on the right dead??? --Bill -
This guy is 15 and all he really has are dreams. But I give the kid alot of credit for what he tries to do at a young age Heck I'm 41 and still dreaming. Deserthuntr, don't give up. I progressed through 10x50 bushnell sportviews, Nikon Monarch 10x42 ATB's, Steiner Predators 12x50. Finally had to sell a vehicle to get my Swaro 15's. Keep it up you are on the right track. --Bill

Just practicing for the next "Guess The Score" contest. 113 7/8". --Bill

Looking forward to it. --Bill

Not talking about the deer in my Avatar. That poor buck has been scored to death. I'm just throwing out random numbers, sooner or later I'll score. --Bill

From what I've seen around here. They like "sammiches" when their antlers are all fuzzy. Then Oct. and Nov. rolls around, "hasn't been a buck here in years". After the rifle hunts, "where the heck did all these bucks come from, I need to put in for a rifle carp tag next year". --Bill

If I had a license, I would glass all day everyday during the season until I found and shot one that satisfies me. You can glass everyday of the year, but only get a few days a year to shoot one, make the most of every minute of daylight. --Bill

"Heck I may even settle for a old Bronco like Bills " Sure, now you decide to open your eyes. --Bill

I have one in .222, fun little rifles. --Bill

Very nice, Eastern whitetails out of a tree during the rut is a blast. I try to get out to PA for the archery rut hunt but have been busy the past couple years (going to Kodiak for Sitka's and AZ for Coues'). Those corn fed Eastern doe are hard to beat for eating, congratulations. Thanks for sharing, --Bill

WFGinNM replied to CouesWhitetail's topic in Contests and Giveaways!
Wow, I don't have a bunch of coues' experience so I didn't bother trying until almost all the close numbers where taken. I'm happy that my first guess was close , unfortunaltley taken , Congrats Packer. And congratulations to you also Scott, awesome buck, --Bill -
You could probably retire those. --Bill

No I haven't bought these, but they crack me up. http://www.arkansasduckhunter.com/camosunglasses.asp --Bill

I have been using a Manfrotto 718b with my Steiner 12x50 Predators and it works great but the Steiners are only 29 oz. I have used the 718b with the Swaro 15's and they move too much for my liking. I just ordered the SLIK PRO 330-EZ which is suppossed to support up to 8 lbs. If the legs are stiff enough I will be ordering a Jim White head for them soon. --Bill
