Congrats! I to had the 7E tag this year as well and I tagged out 2. Glad to see another hunter having some success as well.

Searching though my trail camera pictures I came across this picture of my bull on the hoof. That's pretty awesome if I don't say so myself!

(Yotebuster) hit him behind the ribs on his right side little high of mid body the arrow made it to the other side of his ribs and the point was just under his hide. All his blood pretty much stayed in his chest cavity .

( kidso ) I haven't really walked it from the shot to where he laid down If I'd have to take a guess he may have made it 150 200 yards. But still thankful I found him and he didn't go to waste!

Oh I know!! I've been working out everyday myself.. need to make some trips to go hike that mountian , get use to hiking at that altitude. I remember hunting up there years ago when I was yougher and seeing some monster mule deer there but that has been over 10 years now ha.. But really pumped none the less!!! Good luck to you as well sir, hope you get on some nice bulls and have tons of fun while doing it!! I know I'll have a good time with the company I have coming with me this season should be awesome. Hope we get some rain up there this summer as well!!

Congrates !!! I actually have 3 tags for the same hunt. My dad , good friend and I have the bull tag as well. I haven't hunted there in 6 years. I got my cow elk in 7E there been putting in for bull ever since. This year I was lucky.. Yea, I have no idea ether what I might do. But I'm pumped to go do some hiking and glassing around this year and chase some mule deer in august just before the hunt.

Hey guys first time posting. love the site but need to start posting stuff and chating a bit more. But I have a 07 or so switchback xt love it only had one problem .That was when I shot a arrow with a cracked nock didnt know it was cracked before i shot and it throw my string off the bottom cam and crack the bottom limb in the center. But I still shot my bow for oh 6 months, with out even noticing it at first, and my bows at its max poundage like 71 or so pounds. Then took it over to ROSS outdoors and they called up Mathews and since I'm the only one that's owned the bow they sent ROSS a new set of limps for FREE. A little more updated from my last limbs on it since this happend in about 2010 or so. But after that not a single problem since the replacement! That's a real bummer though man.. sorry to hear still hope you have a spare bow to get after those rutting deer or those pigs!! Good luck to everyone out there hope they get into some action!!!
