Sooo. Dead or not dead? I know Lv2hnt knows this ram well as I communicated with him a few years ago when we had a hunt in this sheep's range.

Those 3 boys look pissed that the buck wasn't bigger.

The real question is: Is it good to a thousand? -
Hey guys, I figured we could get a post going with some known deals this weekend. I enjoy nothing more than helping other people and myself spend money. Post up some deals in this thread to help us all spend/save some money. Palmetto State Armory- Has some great Deals on Glocks, xd's and Uppers. Kifaru- Added a few packs to their "Rhino Den" which have some good discounts to them.
-
Buy once, Cry once. Kifaru! Lifetime warranty, super comfortable and they have a good selection of different bags to fit their frames. The difference from a Eberlestock/badlands bag to Kifaru, Stone Glacier or Exo, is considerable. You can find them used on other forums and save atleast $100.00.

Nice looking rifle! What kind of Velocity were you getting with those 180 berger's?

Eddie Bauer has an online code "online50" for 50% off. Their guide pants are great for warm weather hunting. Super comfortable. I also picked up a packable puffy jacket.

Did anyone buy any extra? I could use a few hundred if anyone has some to spare. -
AGC is a nice pouch. There was just a thread on this a few weeks ago. I highly recommend people take a look at the Marsupial harness. American Made, and super comfortable.
-
Why not? I say with the silencer, and easy hunting, go out and get some meat

If B&C says it is unethical, then it is. Anyone want to buy my long range rig? I will throw in some 2way radios and a rangefinder. For the right deal, I could probably include my bipod and scope. The gun shoots minute of deer with open sights.

uggghhh Both... Poaching by way of illegal baiting.

Congrats on your bucks. Both look like great bucks. Do you have any other pictures of your Colorado buck?

What Shooting/Ballistics Apps do you prefer best?

No effect on POI when you are using crosshairs in a SFP. It only effects bullet drop sub-tensions and windage dash marks, (whatever they may be: MOA/MIL/custom) Parallax can and does affect FFP and SFP. -
https://www.marsupialgear.com/ I used it all weekend along with the rangefinder pouch hooked on the side of the bino pouch. Worked fantastic. Very comfortable harness and does not fall down when you take your binos out like the Kuiu does. That was my biggest complaint with Kuiu. The Marsupial also is not near as bulky as the Alaskan Guide creations. I have tried most of the harnesses out there, and I am pretty confident that this one will be here to stay.

Hey guys, Long story short, buddy of mine had the outdoorsman put the new stud in his El's, and had his dad go pick them up when they came in from Payson. The outdoorsman sent his dad on his way with a new stud in the bino's but did not sell him the adapter. My buddy works in law enforcement, so is out of town 2 weeks, in-town 4 days or so. So I tell him, no big deal, you can go grab an adapter when you get in town (today). He heads down there, and wouldn't you know it, the outdoorsman is out of adapters for 4 more weeks. This explains why they did not try and sell his pops an adapter when he grabbed the bino's last week. So now he is in a pinch for an outdoorsman binocular adapter to use on our coues hunt that we leave for tomorrow. Does anyone have an extra, or one he could borrow thru the weekend. He will pay, or buy one if you have an extra. He/ I can come get it tonight or tomorrow morning. We are both located in North peoria/surprise area. Thanks guys.

Thanks Big Browns for the offer, I am waiting to hear back from the first guy that offered one up for him to borrow. I really do appreciate this website, and the willingness to help out a guy in a pinch. -

We are leaving town first thing in the a.m, I have a gentleman on here who said he can borrow his for the hunt. If for some reason, that falls thru, I guess he will have to wait until noon tomorrow to leave town. Thanks for your effort and response. -

He was in your shop today, He just needs the Binocular adapter. He has 10x42 Swarovski EL. -
Get a Marsupial binocular harness. You will not be disappointed. They are a new company here in the valley, and american made. Check them out. Jimmy is a good guy to deal with, and will ship it out the day after you order it. I sold my Kuiu and have been pretty happy with the Marsupial. It addresses the issues I had with the Kuiu pouch.

Breakfast before the hunt ususally consists of energy drinks, donuts, granola bars and/ pop tarts. Upon return from the morning hunt, we usually will make a large breakfast consisting of eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and potatoes. Dinner's usually go, pizza on the traeger, spaghetti, burgers, brats, chili, chicken wings and ribeyes on kill nights.
