    Mathews Triax vs VXR

All Preference. Good buddy of mine that shoots a ton, now shoots a PSE. Best bet is to shoot them all and see what you like. I tend to lean toward bows that have little to no handshock after the shot. I also try and find the bow that sounds the quietest to me. Speed is usually the 3rd thing I look for and how a bow draws is the 4th. Everyone has their order of importance. Good luck in your search, I doubt any of today's newer bows will be disappointing.

    Mathews Triax vs VXR

I own a Triax and really wanted to buy a new bow this year. I went down and shot a bunch of the new bows. The VXR 31.5 was my favorite, but I could not justify if being any better than the Triax. The Triax is faster and feels the same on the shot. Best bet is to go down and shoot the VXR and see what you think. I may still go down and grab a VXR, but I was not blown away.

    Effects of the virus scare?

Yup, mine went yesterday. Seems like we got pretty much everything we normally would minus chicken and pasta. Some of the brands are not our normals, but they work right now with the hysteria

    Holdovers versus Come-Ups.

I have a couple Zeiss as well. Nice scopes for the money. I really like the windplex reticle that Leupold puts out. It is exactly what I would want in a reticle. I almost always dial for drop, but hold for wind.

Abaco might be a bad choice. Did you see the devastation after that last hurricane? Looks like the place I stayed at when I was there was one of the few that suffered non-catastrophic damage.

    Effects of the virus scare?

Well shoot, I am looking for some bulk 9mm ammo. Only stuff I can find is above market price. If anyone could PM me if they find 1k rounds of 9mm brass cased for $180.00 I would appreciate it. Local Sheriff said it's supposed to be easy to find, but my google skills are terrible.

    Effects of the virus scare?

All the hysteria and our usual case of to and case of paper towels were still delivered yesterday. Porch pirates had no clue that those golden nuggets were sitting on my porch for 4 hours.

    1000 Rounds 9mm Ammo - SOLD

Yup, a bunch of dishonest people in here, pack your shoot and leave. Take your socialists ideas of pricing with you. Free market. Price your goods how you want. If you dont like his price, move on....

    Groupings are off. Need help.

Send the Vortex scope back to Vortex. It is most likely broken. When you get it back, sell it and buy another brand scope.

    Sell or keep

Looks like junk to me. Sorry, just my opinion. I do have a hard time seeing the diamond in the turd tho. haha
  21. If an FFL decides to purchase a firearm for the purpose of reselling it, the responsibility would fall onto them to ensure it's legalities and also how they represent it. I am not sure if they are able to, with 100% certainty, determine what exactly the lower was classified as originally. This really comes back to the whole bill of sale to expunge you of any liability in purchasing a used firearm. The law does not require you to investigate your purchase, but it does require you to not knowing violate the law. A bill of sale with the word pistol on it would suffice just fine to prove your innocence or ignorance.
  22. Any gun bought from an ffl will be 100% legit. When they purchase used firearms, they have to hold that gun for , I believe it is still, 30 days to confirm it is not stolen or has not been reported to be used in a crime. The whole pistol vs. rifle debate on AR lower's would fall onto the FFL if he were purchasing the gun for resale. It would be on him to due his due dilligence to determine the legality of the firearm he intends to sell.
  23. Same way dont know if that gun has been used in a crime. Chance you take
  24. Nope, they didnt know you broke the law. Fault lies solely with you. If gun is used in a crime in the future, they will go to where the firearm/lower was first sold and work the paper trail from there. The 2nd ffl is not required to investigate the dealings of the rifle.
  25. This is true as far as I know. A lower does not have to be marked pistol for it to be a pistol. Like was stated, stripped lowers are sold as both or others. If a 4473 has been filled out on the lower and it was designated rifle, it would be illegal to put a short barrel in it and then call it a pistol.
