Don't overthink it.... many, many elk died before all this FOC, 500 grain arrow talk became cool. Dont hit the shoulder and you are golden. Hit the shoulder, you better be close and have some serious KE.

You got to Tony!! I think he's been off here since this thread. Hahahaha.
-
So, you have a lot more than 480 rounds?
-
50% increase in 2 years seems large to me.

Maybe your phone and laptop are not 5ghz compatable so they are running on the 2.4ghz wireless band. I know my computer only picks up 2.4, but my phone picks up 5ghz. Speeds are vastly different.

Are they really that expensive now? I was gonna say 250$

I wonder if Tony will admit he was DEAD WRONG!

We gotta stop feeding the trolls on this site.

The GOAT!

keep telling yourself that troll...

Its a brace that straps around your forearm to help brace the pistol. Educate yourself before you sound like an butt.... Putting a buttstock on a pistol length barrel would be illegal unless you go thru the avenues to get your SBR paperwork in order.

I agree that there are a lot of ignorant people on this site. It amazes me that people still post pictures. I choose not to for that very reason. Someone always has something to say and usually they are completely full of shitttt. 100 % legal. I was stopped last year with my pistol that pretty much mirrors that one, minus the bipod and game and fish commented how it was a nice pistol and good luck. Now whether you think this should be classified as a pistol, is simply your opinion and not one that carries any weight behind it. Start a new thread and discuss it, rather than shitting on a guy's post.

Sniff em out you ole' hound dog.

NICE! That is an awesome bull. Do you have any other pics you could post of him. Those dark horns are unreal!

Nice dude! I like the "handgun" too. Is that a suppressor or just one that looks like one? . I am going to take my .300 BO out next weekend and try and smack one with my daughter.

That part i understand, but does anyone have an example of someone getting caught "take" illegally and then their lawyer gets them out of it? I personally know 2 different guys who got nailed by Agfd and they did not get out of it with their lawyers. They weren't using infrared, but they were found guilty of illegal "take" due to other reasons. One of them spent north of 40k on a solid lawyer, because he was facing over 40 combined counts between state and federal charges. (Waterfowl related). His lawyer was unable to get him out most charges, ( even a "take" of wildlife charge), even tho he did not actually take a wildlife, he pursued it. I read on here quite a bit how the vague "take" definition is easy to beat, but its been quite opposite based on what I've seen. Curious if guys are just saying its unenforceable or easy to beat online or if they have actually beat some charges.

Any actual proof or just suspicions? If a guide or outfitter is caught using an infrared to locate animals, I do not see how it would be tough to prosecute that. "take" by AGFD definition, is very broad and gives them a lot of leeway on what they can enforce.

Pretty obvious they just don't want political shoot in here. We hear enough about that EVERYWHERE.

Hope he gets it back! That thing would be hard to miss.

ThomC doesn't hunt or for that matter, leave his mom's basement. Take his comments with a grain of salt. Most everyone I've talked to has said creating another source of water isn't illegal in its self, but littering could technically be. So depending on how you construct it, id say you could be good or technically litter. Not sure if they'd actually prosecute it tho.

I like it when Josiah gets all liquored up and comes on here! Responding twice to the same guy with the same thing.

Tony- I think you are missing the point here. Clearly, they can currently apply for any hunt they want to. I think that is what I and others are saying, is that maybe G&F should look at this. Should a guy whose shoulder is no longer allowing him to draw a bow, be able to crossbow hunt during an archery only hunt? Or should that guy crossbow hunt during the general hunt? It's a tricky situation because I can see arguments for both.
