I usually squat and front squat to start leg day. Do you do the same workout both days or try and concentrate on muscle groups each day?

I like that 6 day workout split. I'll try it, maybe only do 5 days so combine shoulders with a leg day if needed.

225 on front squats is solid! I am thinking about switching to legs twice a week. I've never tried it but I am thinking I might like it. Might suck to have sore legs 6 days a week tho, but idk.

plateaued. Stuck right around 182-185. Max's on most lifts are stagnant. Cardio is getting better tho. Doing cardio at the gym is becoming boring AF and I need to change it up. I work outside for a living, so hiking in the heat sounds dreadful. I pretty much hate going outside in the summer. I am thinking I need to start running at night. Getting ready to hopefully pack out a moose in Sept, knowing the lightest load I will probably have is 100+ pounds.

Gotcha. Would you agree that accepting a plea deal, by a man that has YEARS of no violations, is an admission of guilt? I know if I was not guilty and I had my reputation at stake, I would not plea out, I have had close buddies take on Game and fish. It is not as expensive as some make it out to be. In the end tho, he took the plea deal because he was guilty.

So, just turn a blind eye to guides poaching?
