Overlanded Toyota Tacoma - PRICE LOWERED $29,500 OBO

Steep right? But what if you took home say 10k a month? Then not so steep? Again, assuming the guy who buys a 100k truck does payments. -

I know plenty with $70k+ pickups. Some make payments, others paid cash. Just seems like lots are jealous of other's success. I wouldn't say you need "%^&* you" money either to afford a 100k pickup. It's not my thing, but I'm not gonna keep talking down to them because of it. Usually just guys trying to convince themselves they are doing better than the other guy financially without knowing anything about the other guy. -

Gotta love all the guys who think no one makes more money than they do. 100k is different to everyone. 2 truck threads and both filled with guys with less expensive trucks and bragging about it. That dodge dig at the end was priceless OSU. Made me literally laugh out loud. -
Amazing how well he has kept this under wraps. Getting the cold ole' boy treatment.

Like a real life Bigfoot? People see it but can't get any pics.

Grabbed some today at the store. Gonna try it later this week on some ribeye's.

You sure you didnt send it back for grill marks in the wrong direction? That would explain the extra sodium.

It's because they smell like nothing else in this world. I have been unlucky enough to kill 2 of them. Both of them were some of the most rank smelling critters I have ever skinned. I am thinking they drink their own piss mixed with vinegar.

I will disagree with the above post. Some companies will void your warranty if you lap their rings. The machines today are MUCH better than the machines 30 years ago. I have never lapped a high end ring and I have never had an issue with ring marks, scope alignment issues or the scope moving. IMO buy good rings and proceed.

Yeah, the more I think about it, I guess you could say they are trophy hunts for deer. The elk I wouldn't say tho.
-
Most are comparing these to raffle or auction tags. They are not even close to the same opportunities. There is a reason that most of the auction/ raffle tags get filled before the general seasons start. They are above average, but the trophy quality will not be close to the tags they are compared to. Last year's animals I saw were meh!

Imagine thinking these tags are trophy tags

I put Hawkins ultra lights on my last gun. They seem solid and have an integrated level in them. I also have a gun with nightforce rings that has had 0 issues over the years.

TH- Aren't the Yt on average larger out of SD vs. Lobos? I've heard different times of the year, the larger ones move in tho?
-
That mount is really nice looking.

Yet, there are multiple people in this thread alone that quit using them including myself. As stated many times before, the vast majority of decent hunters will stop using them as intended, there will ALWAYS be guys that will choose to continue on.

Whatcha growin', I mean gardening?
-
I may have missed this on the fist go around, Are you allowed to now shoot 2 animals a year if you get on of these tags? Do they not count toward your annual bag limit? Also, I assume no loss of points or issuance of points corect?

Only Elitists call it crap. 😂

thought it was beer, nice click bait

School Me on Blackhorn Powder? Is it worth it?
HuntHarder replied to Heat's topic in Muzzleloader hunting for Coues Deer
Lots of guys tout BH209 like it is a god send. It is just the 6.5 creedmoor of muzzleloading. Marginally better I agree, but for average ML shots, all the alternatives work really well. I know plenty of animals that have died to the pre- measured pellets. Nothing wrong with them unless they have rattled around for years and poweder has worn off the pellet. Maybe I should have higher expectations out of my TC muzzleloader, but at 100 yards it shoots 2" groups all day with pellets and loose 777. With the seasons approaching quickly, I would use whatever you can acquire easily and start developing a load that works for you. -

I thought you could still turn it back in, you just won't get your points back without pointguard. -
Not everyone likes the same toppings on their pizza.
