Give it to a friend to put up for the time being. Storage could result in bugs etc. Imagine opening the plastic and seeing hair everywhere. I wouldn't do it man. I'm sure there is somebody willing to display your trophy. IMHO:)

Beautiful animal! Any hunting experience? Lots of guys in my neck of the woods duck hunt. Thanks, jake

Great photo! My wife and I did the hike from south rim to north rim years back. The bottom stretch of the hike had some killer bucks. They were super close as well. That was one of the best hikes I have ever been on. Great fly fishing as well.

Good morning, hit the San Juan for a few days of fly fishing. Navajo lake is turning so the water was very murky. No dry fly action at all. Weather was great compared to the southern part of the state. A bit breezy but not out of control. The water in the pop up did freeze one night though:) Zach has become quite the fisherman over the last 3 years. Very independent now with tying on flies etc. Caught lots of fish. Always fun to land a 20 inch rainbow on a #24 fly. Here are a few pics of the trip.

Good morning, here are the mounts I did with the ibex. Rumor is that a total of 28 hunters filled their 2 tags and are eligible for the 10 Billy tags. Man that makes odds really good for everyone. Good luck if in your in the draw. Fingers crossed:) Have a great day everyone, Jake

Good morning, Just got back from the Sunrise 3D Shoot. Great time! They did an incredible job setting targets etc. My family and I shot the non-competitive rounds. Their were a total of 7 courses for us. 4 of those courses were at the top of the ski lift area. Found out the key to getting through the course in a timely manner was getting up and being at the ski lift at 7:00 Am. We managed to shoot a round in about 1 hour. 15 targets. We did get caught the first day behind multiple large groups making the course shoot slow. Around 3 hours. Still a great time. They really did a nice job with this shoot. Will definitely be back. I would recommend doing the pre-registration. Save money and don't have to wait in a super long line the first day. Just walked right up and got lift tickets and score cards. Very nice!! Here are a few pics of the weekend. Jake

Man I used to love that shoot. Used to go when I was at the U of A. We had some great times up there for sure. A bit far for me now. Hope you all have a blast. Used to slay the northerns before happy hour:) -
Never made it up there for that one. Were all the targets long distance? Crowds small? Cant wait for next year! Hope I get a call soon that we won an elk hunt:)

Good morning, Heading up to shoot this year. Taking the family and was wondering about camping. I think primitive camping is out due to fire danger....big bummer, so was hoping for some advice on were to set up. Really don't like crowds but guess we don't have a choice. Also was going to bring the flat-bottom and float tubes for some fly fishing. Any advice on fishing the area? Been a long time since I fished the lakes of AZ. In NM now. Thanks for any help!! Jake P.S. We have a pop-up trailer
