I run the website for the East Valley MDF chapter and want to get some public input on this topic. There are a lot of things that can make life easier by having the option to do online vs. a face to face interaction or doing things the old fashioned way i.e by phone or mail. I know each method has its own advantages and disadvantages, but overall which do you prefer? I am mainly concerned with how you would prefer to buy raffle tickets, banquet tickets, shirts, hats, etc. Thanks for your help! P.S. Lets not turn this into a discussion on the AZGFD application process. That is a whole topic in and of itself!

Just a FYI. On our web page all transactions are protected via a SSL certificate. You can see the icon for it at the bottom of the checkout page. A lot of other websites use this method as well. Just something to look for. www.eastvalleymuledeer.org

Mule Deer Foundation - East valley Chapter
AmericanThunder posted a topic in Conservation Group Events
Hi everyone. I wanted to let you know that the East Valley Chapter of the MDF has launched a new website and Facebook page!. The links to each can be found below. You will now be able to learn more about this chapter, the MDF as an organization, view upcoming events and volunteer projects, purchase raffle tickets to our gun raffles, and eventually banquet tickets online! Please take the time to visit these pages and give them a "Like" and if you are feeling lucky buy a raffle ticket! We greatly appreciate your support. Thanks! Turkey Hunting and Calling Seminar 4/9 6PM at Mesa Sportsman's

It was a great event. Thanks for taking the time to host it. -
I never opened it up all the way, I'm more of a ride slow with my head on a swivel kinda guy. I imagine around 45. If your interested I'll take it out and open her up to let you know. I had a 2003 rancher and got it up to 70 on a slight decline. I would never recommend this by the way...things are not built for speed ha ha.

I filled up this morning and did the math to compare to my trucks computer and it was about the same 16.4 to 16.8. Prior to the leveling and 33" tires I was at 19.9. (2013 F150 ecoboost).

Watched the video on this last night and it looks pretty cool. I have never had a decent sleeping bag and I always wind up getting cold (even in 30-40 degree weather). Does anyone have one that could convince me the $400 price tag is worth it? http://westernhunter.net/shop/camp-gear/the-famous-western-hunter-sleeping-system/

Thanks. I'll definitely look at the elk hunter bag next time i'm at Sportsmans. -
I am almost through a full tank since the install, so I will verify the actual milage, but so far it is spot on. did they correct your odometer? James Good question. I can only assume so, but can't imagine them not doing it. Never know though.

See you there! -
Thanks everyone for your input both positive and negative. I know each experience is different, but I think a lot of hassle can be avoided if you know what to expect up front.

Has anyone ever done a trip with The Hook-up Outfitters? Would you recommend them? I was looking at their website and seems like a good time.

Mix the epoxy with coffee grounds to match the knots in the wood. Comes out looking completely natural. Give Porter Barn Wood a call and i'm sure they would walk you through the process. They turn out some amazing pieces.
