The OTC elk hunt in Colorado is hard to beat. I have never seen more elk in my entire life than during that hunt. -

I've used tuna cans with holes punched in the top on Knoll lake. Worked pretty well, although might be best if you plan to leave it out overnight. Didn't seem to fill up as quickly as fish guts might have.

Update - I still have the rack packs, fly rod case, and tube available.

As of now both ATV covers and the chest pack are spoken for pending funds and pick up. If anything falls through I'll let the other guys who wanted the covers know.

I bought mine (4") at an army surplus store in Mesa. Paid about $10. -
Just wondering what the average number of bonus points you need to get the House Rock tag?

Wow. some people seem sexually frustrated/confused. Lets put a stop to the dick measuring with a little humor.

I have shot a few of them, and can not stand the trigger. Saw a few people mentioned the trigger kit, so that might be a fix for it. Would like to try one with the Apex trigger.

First Hunt with My Dog
AmericanThunder posted a topic in Small Game, Upland Bird, and Waterfowl Hunting
Took my dog out for the first time after getting him back from training a couple of months ago. I thought I would have to wait till quail season opened back up before I got a chance to do it, but thankfully Desert Pheasant Recreation still had some birds left. I had never been to a hunt club before and was a little hesitant, but I had fun and will definitely do it again. Seems like a great way to keep my dog in shape in the off season.- 15 replies

Thanks CouesPursuit. Hunting with a dog is definitely a game changer! -
Last week I had some leveling shocks and 33" tires put on my truck. Going into it I knew I would loose a little in the MPG department, but so far I am down about 3.5 MPG after the upgrade. I may be naive, but that seems like a lot for just a leveling kit and 1.5" bigger tires. I know I'm not the only one to have done this, so what are your guys experiences? Is that what I should expect?

I can assure you that's not the case with the MDF.
