I can really piss you all off and tell you how my son at 15 got his Antelope tag with 1 point. My wife who has almost 20 now was pissed.

Well it's officially not happening today. If it was it would've started already.

Agreed!!! At this point I don’t think anyone has a clue as to when we might expect them to start hitting cards. It will truly be a surprise to everyone once it starts.

It’s never been this late on draw day. I’m starting to wonder if they’re not doing it today.

That's what I do with my credit card. I don't ever have to log in. My card sends me a text alert when it's charged with anything more than $25.

My card usually gets hit between 730 and 8. Good luck everyone!

dang I didn’t know the P365 had issues. I was just about to buy one for my wife.

Anyone find a good holster for the MR frames? Picking up a sidearm for my sons elk hunt in a few weeks after seeing all the bears during my archery hunt. I realize it’ll be a lot colder but need some extra protection.

We are typically against road hunting and hike in most of the time. With that said during this years archery elk hunt I had an opportunity from the road I couldn't pass up. We were hunting from opening day until Wednesday. Saw a lot, but never got a chance to pull back my bow. Wife and I had to head back for work Thursday and Friday and came back up Friday after work to get three more days of hunting back in. On the drive in back to our camp spot my wife spotted a herd about 100 yards off the road. We both got down, grabbed our bows and I ended up getting mine right there. Easiest pack out ever. Dropped about 60 yards from my shot. Made three trips packing out the meat only 100 yards to my truck :). I just took advantage of the opportunity presented to us.

I was lucky enough to pack out a cow this past Friday right after I got my MR Pinter in. I have to say this pack is awesome. I've packed out three cows prior using my Badlands 2200 and never knew what I was missing out on. The meat shelf worked on great on the MR. First trip was both shoulders, second trip was one hindquarter, third trip was a hindquarter/back straps/tenderloins and misc meat. No issue at all.

4A has been very quiet. Finally heard the first bugle Monday morning, but not much after 8am. Then hear them again around 6pm but not for very long. This year is pretty weird. All of our honey holes are quiet. We're seeing them pretty regularly from about 6am-8am, but after that can't find them any where like we usually do every other year. Seeing a lot of bears though and it's been a lot warmer than usual.

I loaded it up and put it on and couldn't believe how comfortable it was. You just don't know how bad your pack is until you try something like this. Going back up tonight to finish out my hunt so hopefully I get to test it packing out an elk next.

Just got my MR Pintler pack in. What a difference between my Badlands 2200 and the Pintler. I picked up the box from outside and it almost seemed like nothing was in it. It's super light. I put my stuff in it and don't feel the weight at all. Very happy with the purchase.

Cool video. We're seeing a lot of bear activity this year for our hunt. I was sitting at one of our honey holes and had one pass me around 20 yards from me. The problem occurred when I spotted her cub 10 yards behind her bouncing around. I nearly crapped my pants. Seeing the bear didn't really scare me until I saw the cub. I just kept saying please don't see me please don't see me.

He spots, we kill.

You all have me torn over this pack thing now. I have $360 saved for a pack right now. I can get the Kifaru Duplex Lite Frame (no pack) or the MF Pintler (with frame). Of course that's when they finally get back in stock. dang you all, lol.

I don't know about your wife, but mine and father in law are the ones that got me into hunting. I strictly bass fished before I met my wife lol. Never hunted a day in my life. Dad did, but he lived in Oregon and I grew up with my Mom so never got that experience growing up.
