Did some scouting in one of my honey holes and found this monster buck and a pretty good friend of his. Opening morning they where right where we left them. Sadly waiting for them to bed another hunter came up on the ridge not knowing they where there and they took off never to be seen again. I am mostly an archery hunter now so I told myself if I didn't get him I wasn't shooting. After that we saw about 25 more bucks and some were toads. I was very happy to see my dad whack my bucks slightly smaller dang near identical twin. 173" Good luck to all on their next hunts! Cheers!

Glass all day, bucks almost always get up to reposition themselves. Could be the most rewarding 15 second glimps you get as some of those big boys bed at day break. Good luck!
