I posted this question when I was in the market for one and got some great feedback http://www.coueswhitetail.com/forums/topic/50613-garmin-62st/

I don't run lithiums but il say I have had it for about a year now and only replaced the batteries once. I always carry 2 double AA in pack just in case but I will run the gps on a 4-5 day hunt without using much battery life. It's hard to say because I only leave it on for about 1-2 hours a day it will track your route even when off so it doesn't need to be constantly on. As far as map chips the 62st comes with 100k topo which is good for the U.S and garmin has some other free downloads u can get. Personally I just bought the OnXmaps and never looked back. I love it

Garmin 62 for sure. U can get the 64 If you want to spend a little more. I did a lot of research before buying mine and went with the 62st and so glad I did awesome gps!

$$$ shouldn't matter as much as catching a poacher. The robo was donated to G&F anyways. And I don't know what a fine is for poaching a deer but a robo deer costs $2500-$3500

637 cases of taking wildlife without a license in 2014 is crazy never would of guessed that high. And those are just the ones that got caught!

I just got a smoking deal on a new 70lb 2016 PSE decree HD. Did some research before purchasing but curious to see what you guys who have one like about it? It's a little longer ata than I was used to but that's what I wanted, I also thought about the dream season decree but wanted the longer ata.

Love my Browning 7mm, what's the benefit of the muzzle break? Just to reduce recoil?
