I saw a badger about a month ago while quail hunting in souther az. I was walking along when I nearly stepped on him. Startled and not knowing what it was at first I drew my shotgun. I couldn't see him when I stepped back because of the tall grass, I decided to go around and get a better look well he took off as a I moved ran about 20 yards and stopped in a wash where we looked at each other for about 2-3 mins before I decided to leave him alone. I don't know if they are legal to take but I would love to have that mount its beautiful. He seemed big to me although it was the first one I have ever seen. My question would be are they legal to take besides trapping and if you saw one would you take it and have it mounted. Also is it legal to take all year around?

just like any game.. you have to cool the meat down ASAP> it makes all things taste like they should! crock pot 6 hours with some good veggies and you will be surprised surprised surprised! I went by myself for the first time about 3 weeks ago just now getting around to post. Saw lots of quail it was my first time chasing them and man it was fun probably saw about 30 but couldn't get it done, got these guys in 27a just walked a wash until I spooked them up. Jack rabbit came by random ate the quail and rabbit that night I love "fast food"

I am new to bow hunting and looking into the 2014 PSE Drive Lt and was curious what you think of that bow for someone who is fairly new, I shoot but only the fake deer in my front yard. Any advice on this bow or others? Thank you

I have never been varmint hunting but wanting to start I love hunting and spending time with the family while doing so. The only problem I have is what do u do with the coyotes? Do you eat them? If I were to harvest a bobcat or lion I would surely get it mounted, as far as coyotes if they are good eating I always love some good "fast food"

I cook them just how you would a roast put it in the crockpot with carrots onion garlic potatoes and your favorite marinade, put it in at 9am ready to go and falling off the bone by diner time. I personally enjoy them more than any other small game even cottontails although I have heard of people not so maybe it's all about how you cook it
