It seems like there is a fair amount here but no one has taken one down yet?

A lot of guys use mouth calls I'm sure but just personal preference I like the fox pro. If you could I would suggest picking up a wildfire 2 by fox pro. Otherwise I'm not that experienced I'm sure others will have much better advice just my .02 good luck hope to see some pictures soon

Well yesterday was the last day I was going to be able to get out to try and fill my 2014 archery javelina tag. After a long day of eyes behind the glass and walking in to my favorite javelina spot way off the beaten path my buddy and I were able to get the job done. About 15 minutes left of legal shooting light and my buddy says he sees javelina moving about 150 yards ahead of us. So I quickly grab the bow and make a fast stalk trying to get out Infront of them as they were moving pretty fast. My buddy stays back up high to watch where they run if I make a hit. Well I was making lots of noise because I didn't have much time before it was to dark to shoot and one of the three ran off but the other two continued moving pretty quick. I finally get out in front of their path as they move towards me. He got 5 yards from me when I realized he isn't stopping and let it fly. He did 3 spins and ran into a deep wash where he only went about 150 yards. Went back to where my buddy was by the time I got back it was dark we grabbed flashlights and began our search. Found the arrow soaked in blood where I shot him and got pumped up. After about 10 minutes of carefully searching through the wash seeing no blood I got nervous but soon enough we spotted blood and there he lay. All in all great day.

Not sure if it will work for you but I have an iPhone and it does the same thing everything! What I do is edit when looking at the photo and rotate it sideways and hit save. Then edit again and rotate it the right way then post! Hope it works for you! And awesome pictures love seeing deer on a regular basis hitting my cameras

I use a Teton 0 degree and sleep outside with just my sleeping bag during winter months and stay nice and warm

Yeah it's great it's the same herd for about 8 years now I try to keep it large by being very selective on which pig I take

I did but luckily we spotted these javelina as we were making our way back about 1/2 mile away from the truck. Figured I would just have me and my buddy each hold a leg and carry him back to use the headlights to gut him! First time ever not gutting an animal in the field.

This may sound dumb for me not looking but I was prepared to pay whether it be $3 or $4 per lb. I will let you know though when I get it back how much it was. Took it to wild game processing and had the whole thing done into chorizo.

Just dropped mine off at wild game processing. First time ever taking my javelina somewhere. Told them make it all into chorizo. Hopefully il have the time and want to one day do it myself
