elk hunter sorry to hear that...lol..great pic...u have to give us the story behind that one...i go to the gym everyday but the weekends...and riding my bike at least 4 miles a day...now im gonna start getting up early just to go exercise and shoot the bow

i agree with shortpants most of us hunt in that range

i agree with most of everyone...get some 15x...and as red rabbit said i would favor 10x42's over 10x50's

im sure it helps in some way...especially if you are using a treestand...thats when i think it would be helpful, but when you are still hunting, or spot and stalk...just get the wind in your face and you will be fine as jack said. I still buy a spray bottle of the hunter specialties scent killer, but i really dont know how well it works

jus wondering if a pretty deep sounding exhaust system on a truck would scare deer or anything around away...or do they ignore it , maybe evrytime they hear something like that...they know "well we better get out of here" when they hear it....can they pick up on low deep sounds?...it has always been a question of mine...what do they hear like ex. do they hear like a dog or cat

the monarchs are just a great pair of binos for a really good price....veryone seems to agree with that so you wont go wrong with those and as redman said they really do have the best warranty in the business

im just going with what is closer....that would be sportmans warehouse....im not the smartest shopper...i just tend not to look at prices...just throw stuff that looks good in the cart...or stuff that i want ...but cabelas definetly has more selection...and the experience is gonna be way better...i like going to the warehouse cuz i see a certain girl there every time ...plus its close

i have had a lot of people tell me not to get bushnell rangefinders...because they do not give accurate readings on distances greater then 200-300yards....and that they just are not the best thing to buy.....i would recommend the nikon rangefinders...they are really nice im gonna get one once i have the money....im not saying that bushnell is bad...its just not the best for the price range....its just my opinion and some other people i know...get something quality and go with the nikon rangefinders...especially if you are looking in that price range

anyone living in the valley most likely got huge amounts of rain...it was the most rain i have ever seen come down in a monsoon storm...in gilbert it was at least 1hr nonstop pouring...it was amazing...one car in the parking lot at work was almost burried in the water...had to of been 5 feet...what an incredible strom that was....it was refreshing

its been raining the last few days lets hope it keeps up for a couple more days...im not woried about rain in the valley, but up in the hunting spots...when i was in 24A last week...it was really green...it was good to see

i would get Nikon monarchs 10x42.....thats what im getting for like 245....cant go wrong with those...they are the best for my price range....and a very good bino...plus they come with a lifetime warranty...so if you somehow just dont take care of them and they break in half....you can get a brand new pair...i think for like $10...but the clarity is very good...and they are very light

does the "grainage"....mean a higher cutting diameter...so the larger the grain the larger the diameter?
