dang nice sheds u got there...did u put something on some of those sheds to make thenm look darker? I dont think I have seen antlers that shade of brown before, im probably just stupid

just be sure that you shoot a cow elk and not a moo moo cow...lol...a guy in oregon did that a couple years back. He got himself a cow tag and ended up shooting a moo moo and had it field dressed in the back of his car, which by the way was stuck in a snow storm...

yeah i limited at about 9:30 surprised i only got one whitewing though. Our 1st spot was horrible absolutely no birds flying by us...but all around us so we moved to another spot and i couldve had 3 limits....it was a good day...plan on going again in the morning

i have the 15x-45x and its ok...not the best..but for now it does the job for me...i dont use it that much anyways, i use my binos the most when glassing, but i would agree with desertbull on the nikon one...it will be better plus they have the best warranty. i will sell you mine if u want

good advice by all...i cant say anything cuz mostly everything was covered...just hunt hard and diligently...and you will have the time of your life....man i love elk hunting in the rut..awesome stuff...anyone hearing any bugling around the state?...i know last year during my cow hunt in the beginning of september they were going crazy
