DB...sweet pics....thanks for sharing BACKCOUNTRY....just find a good vantage point...and like you said just start working a grid...you wil be bound to find something. This time of year glass first and last light...most of the bucks will be nocturnal...you might only catch them moving just when it is light enough to glass....I would recommend get out and do some hiking try and find some sheds...find some water sources...enough effort will give you results. good luck

this is the hunt im putting in for....although its the toughest ive been on. I love the unit and I spend most of my time in it. The biggest deer that I have ever seen have been in this unit....including one monster desert muley...and another one that will be a monster this year. Plus I know of two whitetail bucks that will be decent this year....both three points...both lacked length but they were wide. I never see a good number of deer in there, but the deer I see are very nice bucks. I still have yet to find their sheds...but im still looking. Here is the matching set I found earlier this year I am still debating that these sheds are from a muley...im 99% sure they are, but there are definetly some whitetail characteristics in the sheds then here is a shed from a muley that my uncle and I saw this year...this is his shed from two years back If you do your work before the season you will be succsessful...

Many other states have different prices for Bull / Cow. New Mexico has different prices for Bull / Cow and standard / high demand tags in addition. 4 different prices for elk. You pay the highest cost then get refunded the difference if you are drawn for the lesser tag. If you apply online, like 70% of the people do now anyway, it's not an issue. Colorado is also the same way....I agree with DB on this one..... Im looking at what I want to do for college my first option was to become a game warden but after seeing what they start you out at for a 4 year degree...its kind of a slap in the face....the salary definetly turned me away. But then that raises another question in my mind. Should we base our jobs off of money or doing something that is our passion? (TLH's point just worded a little different). Another thing what mattys281 said.....what is not becoming more expensive. The price of living is increasing there is no denying that. Its something I have accepted. I just dont expect anything will get cheaper. The trend right now backs that up.

I have not heard a good thing about their customer service...or leica for that fact..... stay with swarovski's, like alot of us said they have THE best customer around. They make sure that when you buy their product that you will have it for the rest of your life. If your forking out that kinda money I like the idea of having it for the rest of my life. Im not bashing zeiss or leica...I think they are both really good, but I still think swaros are better plus you have the guarentee of their warranty

That's the problem. They won't "get there". Actually, I take that back. Sheriff Joe would probably jump in his tank & come out personally for each and every one of them. We should all set the MC Sheriff's office on our speed dials & start calling him instead. That's one candidate I really wish would run for president, or at least governor. thats all we need is someone like sheriff joe running the place...he will take care of things...def my #1 candidate hunt4horns....I am 99% sure he is illegal

to me its just a personal preference....I own the trophy ridge vertical sight 5 pin. I love it....plus it has an easy adjust where you dont have to use any tools....the only thing is I dont think I can add more pins to it...but otherwise like I said its going to be mostly what you prefer

I understand the cop can not do pretty much nothing about the guy being illegal (even though he is illegally in our country) ....my whole point on filing a complaint was that he was very unprofessional and did not treat anyone at the scene with respect. I found it irritating so I did the most I can do. I have a feeling some people are being offended about the negativity towards policeman....I just had a bad experience with one of them. I respect all the policeman i have talked with. They are great people az4life...lets start a vigilante ....if the government isnt going to fix anything maybe its time for the citizens to act. Actually im just thinking about taking away my U.S citizenship and then come back as an illegal. I can get away tons of things i would get in trouble for if I was a citizen . J/K about that Im proud to be an American..but its true that the illegals almost have more rights then we do but....this country is still going to heck

DTB17, Sorry to hear about the accident...but in all actuality the cop can do anything to the illegals due to the fact that he has no jurisdiction. Although the cop was a jerk, people need to stop blaming cops for not doing anything because the truth is hey can’t do anything with the illegals! All the cop could have done was call INS and report them. Until our government gets theirr heads out of their a$$, we are just going to have to deal with this. You have to remember that if these illegas cant be held accountable for anything like a traffic violation due to the fact that they have no personal information to hold them accountable for (i.e social security number, physical address ect..) And the comment made about police by Arizona Guide….. Although some police are A$$ holes, they are there to protect and serve your community by making places as safe as possible. So give the police a break because if you saw what kind of people they deal with everyday, you would sympathize with them a little more. Remember they are our there protecting us!!!! They are not our enemies. I understand that they deal with some pretty messed up people...but if they act that way towards most citizens they should not be a policeman.....if their job is to protect and serve then....the cop would have done more then what he did....he half-assed everything...in fact I thought it was a joke the way he treated everything....i was very dissapointed...dont get me wrong I do sympathize with what they have to go through on a day to day basis...but this guy was completely unprofessional. I say get a new job if you are going to act that way....he lacked common sense and reasoning...he did not do his job properly...plain and simple

it is the most irritating thing ever....how can they be allowed to get away with this....the cop was no where near to having a mexican heritage....I was shocked the way he talked to me and how he handled the situation....I filed a complaint today with the chandler pd...we'll see what happens

bass, go to stoneman lake road....once you get about a quarter of a mile past stoneman lake park your truck and hike south and setup somewhere around there...lots of open country....thats where I saw 7 yotes...they were responding to the calls really well I was surprised..im def gonna head back up there soon it was a blast seeing all those yotes.

i was up around the same area driving all around there....I saw 10 yotes....didnt kill one . I had three shots all missed.....I even called one into just 50 yards from me....and I missed what a day it was....
