Ha! Sorry, delivery charges may really make it not worth your while!!! -
OUTSTANDING Peg! Just remember, if TJ told you his turkey weighed 18 pounds, you can sure bet it was much closer to 12! TJ is funny like that!

Coach, if they are in unit 1, please shoot me coordinates! -
Nice bird! Leaving tonight for my first unit 1 hunt in 15 or more years! Never taken a bird yet, so hoping for some REALLY good luck.

Alright, tried something without a real recipe that I have never done before: stuff bell peppers. Basically, I picked up over 75 pounds of fresh vegetables yesterday at a market and decided to do something fresh with it! Gave away about 50 pounds to friends, family and neighbors. Still had a TON left! Decided I had to try some new recipes to change things up around the kitchen for the family. FIRST time cooking with zucchini! I used ground venison, fresh shredded zucchini, fresh tomatoes, chopped garlic, brown rice and fresh bell peppers. Mixed everything together and stuffed the peppers, then oven baked them for almost one hour. Not bad for a first time making stuffed bells!!! Very moist and did not hold together like a brick similar to meatloaf. Fell apart when you grabbed a fork-full. Then I took some fresh green beans and sauteed them in olive oil and a special spice blend similar to Lawry's. Sorry the pic only shows a few, that was all that were left for the picture after eating them straight from the pan! Tasted like REALLY fresh and yummy fries!

TJ, you never call. You never write. Sometimes I feel as if we are so distant! -
Anyone else draw a 22 early archery bull tag?
My Rights As An American replied to AxisWorks LLC's topic in Elk Hunting
Scooter, I have the late Nov hunt for bulls, same as last year. Tough hunt but I scored last day. Was solo camping but knew other hunters from this site. Feel free to let me know your plans and maybe we can hook up. In fact, anyone who has that tag, same plan if interested. Maybe we can plan a mid hunt get-together to share updates and sightings. -
Beautiful bull!

Start scouting now. That unit is full of cows. Have taken cows in that unit before and getting off roads is just as important as finding areas that hold more elk than others.

If only I had the dough! Looks like a great set up! Good luck!

Thanks everyone. They were quite tasty and now I have leftovers for tomorrow at work. -
Is that near Bisbee? If so, that would make complete sense.

Tried to PM you but your inbox is full. Try Dynamic Imaging and Distribution in Chandler. Ask for Kelly or Jim and tell them Brian and Stacy sent you if you go. They better treat you right! 480-629-4375 http://didrealtime.com/

Moving Bighorn Sheep Video-Unit 22 to Unit 37B Mineral Mtns
My Rights As An American replied to Jay Scott's topic in Jay Scott Outdoors/Colburn and Scott Outfitters
Very cool video! I really appreciate these types of projects. With the population growth coming into Arizona, many of these populations have been destroyed or limited genetically. These supplements and supplanting of healthier populations into areas of need will genetically assist the long-term future of these populations! -
Savage Model 24 combo gun in 22mag/20 gauge
My Rights As An American replied to My Rights As An American's topic in Classified Ads
That gun sold, but if you are really interested, I have a 22lr/410 that I might be willing to sell. Only needs a new buttplate. I have one that is slightly larger than original on it already. -
Close encounter!
My Rights As An American replied to mbiewer's topic in Black Bear or Grizzly Bear hunts
Yikes, I think I heard both hunters hit the brown note! Thank goodness it was not smellavision!!!! WOWSERS! Cool video, especially when you see the main camera man shaking quite visibly in the legs. I think they found the Helen Keller of bears, or else that bear really tried to play coy and not realize what a mess he got himself into! Screwed if he goes down, screwed if he stays there! Cannot go higher. -
Turkey Seminar Tonight At Mesa Sportsman's
My Rights As An American replied to Little Creek Calls's topic in Turkeys!
You and me both. Boss scheduled me out of town last week after I had already committed to going to the seminar. Very huge bummer to me! -
Polishing our National Championship Trophy from last year with our Sweet 16 banner. Wow, ASU fans. THAT one must hurt!!!
-
Since when is a sweet sixteen nothing to show for??? How many has ASU been to? I believe that number stands at a whopping 1. Is there a trophy that says "sweet 16"? They actually make banners that you hang. From the rafters. Though I guess asu could always start putting NIT banners on the curtains they use to hide the empty seats in the upper section. Yes, but how are they going to hide the rest of the empty seats in all of the lower sections? And really, they actually have to go to a post-season tournament to obtain the banner, not just buy it from a tag sale from another school.

Hey, I know that good looking couple! Nice pics, nice fish and sounds like a nice few days of fishing!!!

Gould's Hunt Giveaway and Free Spring Turkey Seminar
My Rights As An American replied to Jay Scott's topic in Turkeys!
Amanda, maybe the person/persons who shall not be named are still partying like it's 1999? Heck, I would be if I had won that prize!!!! Or maybe it was one of those good news/bad news prizes: "Hey, you just won a fully guided Mexico goulds turkey hunt! And by the way, you leave right now!!!"
