It has been super convenient for draw tags. Not worth the hassle to go to an office for the over the counter tags. If kiosks or online purchase off over the counter tags become available will be nice.

Power and baseline has one that actually works.

I’ve shot more coues with .300 RUM than anything else. The most wasted meat I’ve ever had was from a 6.5 creedmoor. Hit in the shoulder and made a huge mess. 300 behind the shoulder very little loss.

My portal is the same number switched to no tag. The E tag on the app also went away. I will assume it’s part of the process, but hope it updates sooner than later.

I have an optima and a paramount. No comparison the paramount is an amazing muzzleloader if you put the time in it will equal most rifles. I have the .45 the .40 gives even more impressive ballistics.

My next large frame will be a 6 creedmoor or .243. A fluted 20” Wilson Combat seems just about right for a barrel.

Has this gun previously cycled well? If so I would start with a good cleaning including the buffer tube/spring. A quick check for the bolt is to fully extend it and stand it on the bolt face. It should stay extended and not collapse. If it collapses it likely has worn gas rings.
