Wife just called, doc said it's nothing to be alarmed about, most likely just from a small tear in his bowels from pooping so much as a newborn. Told us to watch him closely for a couple days and if he becomes fussy and irritable to come back. Thanks for the thoughts and prayers guys, love my kids to death and it scares the **** outta me when somethings not right.

Thanks fellas. Waiting patiently for my wife to call.

What kinda speeds are you seeing out of it at 63lbs? And what arrow weight and draw length?

I use a hydration powder called "Drip Drop" you can buy it in any walgreens store. They come in packets sized for water bottles. I believe it's $7 for 8 packets. They've saved me a few times. Also, Vitalite is a good revocer and hydration supplement as well

Down 2 more pounds over the weekend. Almost to my goal weight! Feeling strong and lean. 10 miles ran last week while eating clean and lifting weights 4 times last week and once over the weekend.

I've never tried them personally, but a good friend of mine says be prefers the MTN OPS over wilderness athlete

It's been 5 days of a fixed diet since my wife's pregnancy ended. I've lost 4.5 pounds since. Here's what I've been up to if anyone's interested. Breakfast-3 eggs fried with olive oil and splashes of hot sauce, with a cup of black coffee and a cup of Tillamook vanilla Greek yogurt (14g of protein in those bad boys) Snack - apple or banana Lunch- 2 peanut butter sandwiches loaded with peanut butter, protein shake Snack-pistachios or celery and peanut butter Dinner - chicken with brown rice, broccoli and asparagus. To finish off the day I run for a half hour, come home and make a small protein shake, then go to bed. It seems to be workin for me as I feel great and I feel myself leaning out. Hope everyone else is experiencing success in their health and fitness endeavors!

You ever thought about Train To Hunt events? -
Vending machines=bad news. I worked with a guy in flagstaff that literally had a heart attack sitting next to me eating a hot pocket from the vending machine.

The wife and I did bulk cooking this afternoon for the week. Lots of chicken, brocolli, asparagus, brown rice. As well as some lean beef and beans and more broccoli.

They have some decent deals, there are also alot of other gear brands such as Oakley, Smith, and i believe Leupold, Vortex etc... that offer ProMotive discounts for gov. Employees and active duty/vets. GovX has good deals on clothing usually

Congratulations! My wife gave birth to our son this Wednesday as well!

Well gents, my wife gave birth to our 3rd child this morning, which means the diet is now gonna get cleaned up immensely! No more excuses to indulge in pregnancy cravings along with her.

Yeah I've seen that cake recipe as well as pancake recipes, maybe I'll give it a shot soon

My brother in law gave me a jug of Optimum Nutrition 100% whey, strawberry flavor. Mixed with low fat milk, tastes just like a milk shake. Very dessert like, without the sugar. Mixes very well too

I found my old jumprope in the garage a few days ago, adding in about 15 or 20 minutes of interval training as "fasted cardio" in the morning. Not sure if that is even really an effective process, but it seems to be kick starting the metabolism early morning. Still keeping the runs around 3.5 to 4 miles, and tossing the weights around every other day. Weight is staying the same but I can feel my endurance gaining.

That'll be my next book. I bought this one and read it in a day and a half. Couldn't put it down -
I've heard the chocolate milk method before, my father in law swore by it when training for the xterra national championships a while back. I have the muscle pharm combat right now and it's awful. I might just give the chocolate milk a shot and see how it goes. If anything its cheaper!

Just checkin in, how's everyone Makin out on their workouts? I'm down two pounds this week, and ran about 20 miles collectively last week. Just gotta clean up the diet, however with a pregnant wife, it's difficult!
