Is it slow going in and out of 4wd? I believe the hub servos are vacuum assisted too. The vacuum can on my Super Duty was replaced by the previous owner and it's too small. When vacuum is low like when accelerating, the defrost vent opens until the vacuum returns.

This sounds similar to a vacuum issue. But the defrost vent is the default position in my older Ford.

Been that way awhile. My 04 Ford had two injection modules fry due to cheap construction.

Thanks for the hyper link. I checked into this company a while back and a lot of the reviews sucked. They will bill you a hefty test fee even if your unit isn't repairable. Some folk were having trouble getting their unit back. uhg. One thing's for certain, I appreciate everyone trying to help out. It's tough looking outside and seeing the old war horse parked under a tree collecting bird crap and dust.

I've only seen G&F watch hunters like me thru their expensive optics, hoping to swoop down and fine me for somethin. Whatever decision azgfd comes up with it needs to benefit resident hunters and wildlife. NRs can come and watch spring training or visit Colossal Cave then go home.
