Yes 20B Sorry. There's a lot of land between the southern border of 20 B which runs along Hwy 74 and 25 M which has a northern border of LP 303

I spent 2009 about 90 minutes east of this ranch. No license was needed to hunt them but I see a lot of those ranches insisting you get a license. IMO this ranch is a little pricey compared to some I've seen.

Could be, but controlled burns should be conducted when humidity is high, not dry. That 'controlled burn' that ravaged Los Alamos, NM years back was done despite the fact NFS was warned by meteorologists that conditions were wrong for burning.
