I know a gal living in Parker, CO. near that toll road. She loaned her brother a car while he was between owning vehicles. He drove through the toll hiway daily for weeks with out bothering to pay. Dear sis got a bill for more than the car was worth. Meanwhile, brother moved to FL.

I remember watching this horse with what I considered a silly name, win the Triple Crown while setting track records at each race. Secretariat was also known as Big Red at the barn. A nick name he shared with a great cousin many times removed, Man O War. Here's to the animal companions that enrich our lives. Whether it's a dog that is always on the hunt or a horse that refuses to lose.

I must have 6 pairs of these, love em.

I wear OP's whenever I can find them. Otherwise the nameless ones I bought at the swap meet, (2 for $5) a year ago been working fine.

Make sure and use a chain lead on that

I got one somewhere, let me dig around... How heavy is your fluke?

It's a long haul, lots of tiny coastal towns and switchbacks. I'd recommend the Reagan Library and Hearst Castle for sure. You probably won't get more than a couple hundred miles at the most per day. My son's home is right on CA-1 in Pacifica. Take your fishing pole.

PM me the prices please.

Go with the bigger hemi. I have a couple friends complaining that the 5.7 isn't towing well, but then they had been driving diesels previously. If you decide to keep the truck long term, at around the 250,000 mile marker the difference you paid for in poor fuel mileage would have paid for the Cummins. And which do you think would have the greater resale value? And no, the new Cummins are not noisy they are incredibly quiet.

Dont give up on your steel just yet. You may have good steel for gongs just needing heat treatment. I can help you with that if there's decent carbon content in your steel. I can fit up to a 14" plate in my forge. Take a grinder to your steel and observe the Sparks. If the Sparks are bright and numerous, your steel surplus may be worth working with, specially when you consider the cost of AR400-500 steel and shipping.

What steel are you using and where are you located?
