Yes threads tend to morph. Also looking for anyone whom has done the conversion to 209 primer. Does the bolt have to be changed too? Bolt face is almost totally flat.

Yes I see you can get up to a #13 cap, some states don't allow primers on MLs. Can't find any cap locally.over size 11. Anyone know where they can be had? Hoping putting a 209 primer nipple works. Caps get smashed by the bolt to ignite, primers not so much.

I have several in 3/8" and a couple in half inch. They're mounted on knock down stands. Stands can be pinned so they won't fall, too. I'll beat any price.

Several years ago I opted to go predator calling at night during a Super Moon. I arrived at my hunting spot at sunset. Decided to take a quick hike down into a drainage to see if there was water. There was a small pond and very fresh lion tracks around it. I had hiked down from the vehicle unarmed. I felt a little vulnerable as I jogged at dusk the couple hundred yards back to the truck to set up. Got to the back end of the truck and as I reached for the back door, I glanced at myself in the tow mirrors for a second but saw movement behind me. I turned around in time to see a lion peel off from the trail we'd both been on. I was on the left side of the truck, it ran at a 45' to the right of the Ford and disappeared into the brush. The cat had followed me from the water down below and was probably sizing me up as prey as we went up the trail. My last encounter with a lion was just north of Reavis Ranch. My dog is normally about 50 yards or less ahead of me while trail riding. Just as we headed along the canyon side before the turret, my dog suddenly ran back to me in a panic. I looked up in time to see a lion a hundred yards ahead of me jump down from a boulder above the trail and then race down into the canyon. I think if my dog had been fifty yards farther down the trail that cat would have taken my dog with him.

Skunks are just strange little turds and incidentally, a favorite table fare for lions. The felines grab a snack and get a cover scent at the same time. I woke up once while sleeping on the ground, totally hung over. A skunk was getting into my bags, horse feed and occasionally peering into my sleeping bag as my stinkin dog and I tried to wait him out. He'd sprayed my dog the night before. I'd finally had had enough and grabbed my carbine with snake shot to blast him. I got out of my fart sack to dispatch the little jerk and he just bound over about 100' to where my horses were tied, stopped under one and did a hand stand, threatening to spray my ride if I didn't mellow. Soon as I lowered my rifle he got back on all fours and went back into the brush. They're crafty little bung holes.

Sometime back I read a book documenting mountain lion attacks on humans. One fellow was a young, athletic and experienced backwoodsman employed by a lumber company for surveying and assessing timber stands. He played college football; a running back, and knew what it was like being blindsided and hit hard. He said that lions initial tackle was far more powerful than any hit he'd ever received on the gridiron. Knocked the wind out of him and the Lion wasn't letting go. Credited his backpack with saving his life.

I work a couple weeks a month about 2 miles back in Turkey Creek. There's several spots where a lion could easily ambush me in the deep narrow canyon, I'm always seeing lion tracks. Can't always have a friend or even my dog along. I'll work till dark then hike out stopping frequently to survey 360' with a good light.

Seriously? I mean I know you went to school a long time ago but grammar really hasn't changed. The noun equipment does not have a plural form. It is used in the singular only, with a singular verb, and there is no word "equipments." -

From NASAs website under Trump. Does anyone think this is a warming trend? Here's the same graph under Obama's admin, cherry picking data to fit their global warming narrative. Notice the temp spike at the end when no such heating occurred. https://www.naturalnews.com/045695_global_warming_fabricated_data_scientific_fraud.html?fbclid=IwAR2xOEP7VPcW2Fw5gJnum-zk5PwXpS5v-IhoQabWeyyjVN8yGS2nk24ggUA
