NatureBob's in luck, the bar is on the west side of the road so in your unit, maybe glassing from the porch with a cold one?

Judging by the acerage, the town appears to be on two patented mining claims. Whomever owns those claims owns the ground permanent structures on the claims inhabit. Mobile homes maybe an exception so it's like an RV park, you can probably charge rent. Many towns in AZ are on mining claims; Bisbee for example.

This was a .50 cal 250gr Hornady SST sabot I dug out of a nice 6x6 Bull taken from 220yards 4 years ago. Bullet retained 248grains, shot from a.TC Contender. Don't recall the exact pellet used, but 100grains.

After scratching around the desert back then; being shot at, bit up and broiled, a visit to the 'Pleasure Garden' would be tough to resist.

Yes, just north of the present day Convention Center. Interesting the beer gardens included a bull ring... AZ History: The entrance to one of the oldest breweries in Arizona (Park Brewery and Levin Park, Tucson, Arizona Territory circa 1880). The former property was located off of Pennington St. "What began as a brewery (Park Brewery) at the rear of the property of Alexander Levin grew into a beer garden, saloon, and billiard hall. By the end of the 1870s, the 3-acre Levin's Park included a bullring, shooting gallery, bowling alley, open dance pavilion, restaurant, and even a small theater where opera productions were held. By the mid-1880s, the "pleasure garden" had begun attracting undesirable guests, which, combined with the popularity of the larger Carrillo Gardens, forced its closure for public entertainment.

High fence or low fence? Haha deer farm talk.. A friend has several acres in Hill Country, strange seeing the Axis deer roaming neighborhoods. I believe if they get out from the hunting ranch they're fair game. Friends had some magnificent bucks in their hood. One big buck had an arrow lodged in his neck but it didn't seem to bother him much.. Get some hog action too. I have some cousins I can check with.

Google: This facility occupies a whopping 2,200,000 square feet (200,000 metres squared) but they also have vertically integrated manufacturing facilities in Xiamen, China and Mascot, Tennessee. But according to all the marketing for Lifetime coolers they are made in the USA, not in China.
