First he shot a stud last year, how do you top that. Second exactly correct on if there is one tag left and four people on the app that was pulled, it would go back in the drawing and go to the next in line. Thats why we don't put multiple people on an application for Big Horn right...

Sounds Strang butt it is the game and fish. Congrats -
Top and bottom, bring some jumbo zip locks to put your packaged meat in to protect. And leave cooler closed. But get a good cooler or two.

Normal opening is April 15th, lots of snow drifts, I heard that Woods is 95% frozen still but thin ice in many areas. Has been closely watched since the people fell thru early this season. Now any news on Hawley or Biggy smalls lake conditions?

My dad used to freeze 2 litter bottles, they worked awesome and didn't get meat wet. Your going be fine

Kind of the same as hanging an an animal after a kill. You don't want the meat to freeze thaw , freeze thaw and so on, meat kept chilled , preferably just above freezing Wil stay fresh for days as long as you don't get it wet. Back in the day the cowboys up here would hang there elk for 2 weeks to age and tenderize there meat, they would cut the green off, and tender as heck, anyway keep frozen the whole time all good if you think it will thaw chill Change ice dayly. And yes normally extention cord or inverter on truck. Small generator running while driving. Or dry ice and plug in when you can. I think your over thinking it. Your gonna be fine.

So 96 hr drive from Pa to Ca, you must be stopping at night. Pick up small chest freezer . Plug in over night while you stop or if you have newer truck with inverter plug in while you drive. And I agree with the advise don't freeze just keep real cold and don't get it wet. But on a serious note it wasn't my wife , it was half a buffalo to New Jersey in 2 canyon 145qt chest, frozen solid before we left, 10lb dry ice, never opened . Drove 48hrs with naps. It was still frozen solid. Get a legit Cooler , not budget. You will pay either way. My 2 cents. Have fun

I put my wife in a 105 qt. She stayed frozen for a week. Seriously get one you can plug in while you stop.

Damm. Don't tell my wife.

I got a spiker..

Choot them in the face. The extra water definitely changes the game.

Leave the darn brown trout alone. Over a Damm chub that doesn't live in that cold of water. Thats why I love fishing the green in Wyoming. Huge browns, and rainbows. Arizona trout are bait everywhere else. And I thought they were lowering the limit from 6 to 4 and the fish were gonna be bigger, and they don't plant fish that breed anymore. Sorry I like brown trout.

My son does them all the time but I is a electrician don't know chit about it. Im a gas man. Trophy what the deal with cummins? Trying to get him into restoring or res erecting older diesel trucks instead of working flat rate crap.
