It really Does look like a cross between a moose and a coues. Pretty impressive. Have you taken any pics of this "moose" yet? I think there are a few folks who have not drawn anything that would love to help you find that deer. Good luck!

Are we there yet? Still waiting......

This thread is good... It sort of reminds me about a cross country car trip with the kids asking "are we there yet?" for 2000 miles. Well I know when it is going to happen! Got the scoop from my neighbor's husband. His wife works for AGFD. Talked to him tonite and he told me when to expect the news. So you wanna know?????????? Scroll down....... He said that she told him.......... It will be up when it's up, and not one minute before! For Cryin out loud..... The results are ready! If they would just give a few of us who are pestering them and their website for the past month, it would ease up for them. Bite the bullet and tell us!

dont have a life

Hey, I do have a life, and it just so happens this site is a part of it. Anyway, I have a better time chatting with some of the (ir) regulars on the site than some immediate family. You know what they say, "You can pick your friends and your nose... but you can't pick your family." Extended family you can pick. I usually pop in about 4-6 times daily. Okay, maybe I need to get out more, but until I get on the SCI-Nevada site to see if I got drawn, everything is on HOLD. www.sci-nevada OPEN OPEN OPEN... I got the fever... I know they are close, with the password stuff on the site. I am Waiting up till midnite to see if the results are in the que and waiting for the stroke of 12:am -
Allen the meeting is at 5:30?

Hmmmm Now we have to worry about "traffic cameras" in the wilderness too! You better be sure you don't have a camera trained on you when you answer your nature call!

Keith It is about time we give them some ultimatums(sp). But saying so, is the paper part of the dragon. We MUST follow through on our threats. No threat is worthy of using unless the will is there to carry it out. I have listened to a lot of talk shows, Radio and TV over the past years, and can count on 2 fingers, the number of times any Muslim spokesperson stepped up and condemned the terrorist acts carrier out by "radical" Muslims. Based on actions I have seen and those which I have not seen, I have no alternative to believe that many Muslims approve and support the terrorist actions of the alleged few who carry them out. IF the militant, terrrorist part of Islam was indeed a Very Small segment, wouldn't we hear outcry from the majority of peace loving Islam. Why don't we hear it every time there is a terrorist act? I believe that, generations from now, the people will look back on Political correctess as the food for terrorism. I do not wish to continue to feed the terrorists. Here is another story that surprises me. this guy is an Islamic Rapper, condoning violence and advocating another 9-11 assult with planes... This year. the kicker is he works as a luggage screener for the TSA in Texas at Bush Intercontinental Airport. Islamic Rapper / TSA Employee I am surprised they found the guts to fire him. -

I would have to gather up a list of potentials, and weigh the risk / reward factors. Keep those name coming and maybe we can get a raffle going for the most popular choice? John SKerry Hitlary Clinton John McCain -
I think the Spot and stalk still is going to be used in conjuction with cameras. Many people on the site use cams. Look through some of the posts and you will find that often Salt is placed near the water or on a trail and then set your camera up. Once the animals are patterned, you still have some room for error. also, a lot of movement caught on cameras is at night, when you cannot hunt! so that is when your stalk comes in give or take a few hours. By the way, welcome to the site

Who cares what he looks like... Can he hunt?

Happy B'day Younghunter. . So you are Off to the mountains for that celebration eh? Must be a big party planned! Well make sure you are careful with open flames and of the forest fires that could start from the coming monsoons.

Josh Shouldn't use a MAC! Those quarantines mess with Mac's something fierce. Counld't resist...

Dodger2 Wyoming has so many antelope, you see them everywhere. Good luck on finding land to hunt on though. So much is private and they (landowners) frown on people who just come to hunt. Those things have eyes with vidion like 15x56 built in. Getting close is a challenge.

Chuckling about this one... Probably more truth than fiction.

Gosh, that is interesting. It is movign closer to AZ if that is the case. Maybe 100 miles or so to our border. Fact is this disease knows no geographic borders so it is only a matter of time. Hope I do not get the first Coues with it.
