I always thought I'd have agood campsite if I got to the unit and was ready to scout for a couple days early. Then the practice of setting "empty" camps became common. More opportunity for anti's to keep hunters out of areas, more opportunity for thieves to rip off more of your stuff besides a game camera, it's about people looking out for number one. Lots more but overcrowdere and overpressured hunting areas and hunters. It's about more opportunity!
