Heat, Thanks so much, that was the info I was looking for. Now I can factor that into the rest of my research for the draw. I appreciate it very much. I know I will never hunt the great hunts, which I am ok with. I just want to sheep hunt.

Northern pintail and Big brown, Yes I know odds arent good all around. But as Northern Pintail stated the odds are the odds, and depending on the unit better then some others. I would rather have 0.8%-2% chance of drawing vs 0% for certain units. Northern Pintail I am trying to do what you did. I understand I wont hunt unit 22 for sheep, but I am ok with that. Id rather unit a lesser wanted unit and bust my a**, do I need the next record book sheep no I dont. Would it be awrsome, well duh. Though I just want to sheep hunt, and slim odds are better then none.

Wanted to see what other people think on this topic. So ive noticed from trail cams that come nov-jan I get pics of bucks down lower in elevation on a regular basis. Though now that spring has come and fully into summer all the bucks have gone MIA. I still get pics of does and fawns though I understand that the bucks probably moved into this area for the rut seeing how the does seem to call it their home area. My question is it typical for bucks to move to higher evelvation during summer months? Just curious if I should focus higher in the canyon where I was getting pics of a "shooter" buck come early archery season. It seems to make sense that the buck and probably all the other bucks have moved higher, just wondering if anyone else has seen a trend of when the bucks come down lower vs stay up higher I am guessing the bucks move to higher elevations due to its cooler and less buggy this time of year. Or am I just missing them on the lower elevations where I saw them all winter?

Have a hunt coming up next month and want to have a idea of who will do the taxidermy work in hopes that my uncle or I or both should get a lion. Anyone have any taxidermist they recommend, or to stay away from? Looking to get a full body mount, if I get a cat. Thanks guys/gals

What do you wear on your feet for a stalk?

I just use all the "booties" the illegals leave lay out in the desert. Or the ones that get thrown away once they are caught. Nice carpet bottoms and cinches to get tight to your boot. Basically very similar to some of the above mentioned. -

Sounds like a 747 jet has been flying up this canyon all morning. Not a single deer moving. Any one else seeing deer moving? Hope some you guys found a nice quiet and still canyon to hunt. Good luck guys. -Bitter -

Thanks much, you guys too. Yeah been after one buck in particular, tho havent found him yet. Can find all his buddies he was hanging out with during velvet but he is no where to be seen. Sneaky old guy. -
Thanks for the wave I was passing in my work truck. Not sure if you saw me wave back. Also nice sticker on the back window "FU Islam" with the CWT sticker on drivers side rear window. The other guys in the truck loved your stickers and the fact that you waved at us! -Bitter

I have a Like New in Box 85mm swarovski body for their new spotting scopes. Ive never packed or hunted this body. Only used it from my porch. No scrathes, its like new. I can provide S/N upon request for serious buyers/traders. Any other questions feel free to ask its pretty straight forward. Near Sierra Vista prefer face to face if at all possible willing to go as far north as phx on my end. Looking to get 1200.00 cash or 1300.00 in trade sportsman have the new ones for 1500.00 right now ans cabelas has them for 1650. Also I will trade my LNIB angled eye piece for a straight eye peice. PM me for details Things I be intrested in would be: 8 power Swaro binos (most willing to deal for these) Cover for Swaro 65mm body and angled eye peice Ruger full legth wood stock rifle Revolvers in 357, 454, or 44 And maybe some other things

I found a good buck who bed down last night and stayed there all night, and is currently in the same area now where he was bedded all night. Do the desert mulies typically bed in the same area over several days? Or do they roam enough where tomorrow morning he may be in a completly different area? Thanks

Totally changes my game plan, planned on hunting coues lol. Though since everyone thinks he will still be there then worth going back. Not many places to get up and glass him up but hopefully he is close cause the one little hill near should be good enough. Time will tell. Wondering why he is alone? Maybe just a old deer that dosent want to be bothered by other guys. Or just anti social lol
-
Str8shot, weird part is he was all alone not a deer anywhere near him. Ok, thanks guys. Good news is he cant go any farther south lol he. So that narrows it down.
