Can't tell if you are serious or not? I 100% agree with you that Sean Miller needs to work on his overall tactics to break down a zone defense. It is dismal in the efforts that Arizona made to penetrate the zone and get the ball down low, but when they did they had great success with Dusan Ristic. But I am so sick of everyone putting all this blame on Miller, this guy has said it all year, that if his team doesn't play a full 40 minutes that they will lose. Once again, his players didn't play a full 40 minutes, and they lost. How much more can you want from a coach? AND the pure shooter comment, you have lost your mind. Three players on the team shot over 40% from 3 this year, and the other three guards shot in the high 30's. If you don't think Lauri Markkanen or Parker Jackson Cartwright are 3 point shooters, just because they aren't the typical build of a 3 point shooter, then I don't know how to help you. What Arizona accomplished this year with the set backs they had, such as losing a 5 star recruit last minute (Terrance Ferguson, who miller recruited as a pure shooter), the Ray Smith torn acl (projected starter for the team), and the whole Allonzo Trier situation, this team beat beginning of the year expectations and at the end everyone only wanted excellence out of them. The truth is that they had a terrible game, and they have had bad games this whole tournament. While Sean Miller is to blame for some of the poor performance, the players are also to look at. And if you think that Arizona could get a better coach than Sean Miller for the program right now, you need to take a step back, and realize that green stuff in front of you isn't legal in Arizona yet so you should stop smoking it.

First time archery elk hunting Unit 6B - Advice on materials and scouting
CouesHunterAZ posted a topic in Elk Hunting
Hello all, Well after 7 years of dreaming I have finally drawn an archery bull elk tag. The only issue is I have never been archery elk hunting before and have only been able to go on one elk hunt in another unit. The research begins now for me, and I know that this site is a pool of knowledge and I am looking for some help. My three primary questions are 1) What materials are a necessity for this hunt? Such as a call, different pack set up, scent spray, etc. 2) I currently have my bow set up at 62 pounds at a 31" length. What arrows/broadhead combos would you recommend, and do I need to change the weight? Do I need to have a back up bow for the hunt or will my current bow work be fine? 3) I truly have no idea where to start scouting, I wanted to post now so people don't think I am just looking for an area in the unit I get drawn for. So can I begin scouting within the next few weeks and just try to follow the elk as they migrate or should I start scouting in areas that the elk are supposed to move into? I am guessing I should start where the junipers and pines are running into each other as I have heard this is where elk usually drop their sheds but I honestly have no idea. I will keep everyone updated on my progress within the next few months and honestly could not be happier to be able to finally go look for some bulls to put on the hit list in September. Thanks -
This is the truest post I have seen on this site. Arizona got beat around and didn't know how to fight back. You could see the looks on many of the players faces when they would get the ball stripped, all of them were looking for a foul call. Really tough loss for Arizona basketball, hopefully it doesn't affect recruiting Josh Jackson or Terrance Ferguson. If we get one of those players, next year will be the most talented team that Arizona has had maybe ever (if Allonzo stays). Hopefully some leadership will develop this off season and they will be back stronger.

I was in 33 this past weekend and saw unbelievable rutting from the smaller bucks.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a coues call to buy? Is there any in Tucson that I could purchase or would I have to buy online? thanks
-
Would you be interested in doing a friendly bet then Bob? 20 dollars if the cats are ranked higher than 15 at the end of the season?

This years team is definitely not as athletic as in years past, especially with ray smith's injury, but you are going to regret saying that this team isn't talented and doesn't have an outside shooting threat... Stop smoking those herbs up in north dakota bob..

If I get 15's would you recommend having 8 power bino's for walking and just the 15's for glassing? -

Hello all, Well I have saved up some money and am looking to upgrade my binoculars to the 400-500 dollar price range. With this I am also wondering what your opinions are on getting 12 or 15 power binos. Thanks -
That's a great buck, congrats!

Still wondering what happened with this
