My daughter had pet rats for 4 years. We are getting rid of the cage they resided in. We paid $350 for it. Could use a new bottom tray. Other than that, thing is in great shape. 4 story condo w. ADA ramps. $ is a 12 pack of Redbull

After 4 years....I think they died of old age.....but they were pretty tough and stringy even after slow cooking them for 4 hours.

Posting for a buddy. I have no 1st hand knowledge of this rifle other than I have seen some of the elk it has killed. This is an original Sendero, not the SFII. Back in the good ol' days. This is a .300 Remington ultra mag Sendero. I had a Timney trigger installed, and it is set at about 2.5lbs. There is a muzzle brake, and picatinny rail mount for a tripod. The DNZ scope mount is a single piece with caps and is 1". The rifle shoots like a dream. I do have a good load for the rifle. I am asking $1,000 for the gun, and would consider a trade on a .308 or 7mm 08. PM me.for contact info.

Gone

Goes both ways. On numerous occasions, I get the "I'll take it", even on free stuff, and then they never show up, communicate, or end up picking it up, so back on the market it goes. Or wants ME to deliver something free to them 50 miles away. Or takes weeks to come and get it, then get pissed when it is gone when they finally contact me again. If I want it gone, I don't want to sit on it for another 2 months just for the first person who says, "I'll take it".

If it is more for dove and quail, Taylor shoots a 20ga. CZ Redhead Deluxe O/U. And I have shot it a ton too. Light, fast, 26" barrels, good Briley chokes available. Not sure how "3" mag friendly" it would be though. I know my Win 101 O/U is BRUTAL shooting 3" 12ga duck/goose loads.....never again. The 1100 gets the nod for waterfowl now.

Nosler Long Range Accubond for hunting???

I have tried various NABLRs in 20+ extremely accurate custom rifles. Never had a single one that I find acceptable to my standards. MOA? Yeah. But not much better. I wish they shot well. 6.5mm 129 & 142 .277 150 7mm 168 & 175 .308 210 (and MAYBE the 190s?) All of my dwindling stock is now used solely for fire forming brass. -
Great scope and better price.

Get a couple cracked windshields for free and bust them up.

Did some testing at 200 today. So far, so good. I can get the 140s up to 2856, with only 54 rounds down the barrel so far. I did not find max, but I bet I am fairly close @ 43.5gr. I think I hit max at 44.0 in the last barrel. I resized about 300 pieces, and bumped the shoulders back .002" more than the first chamber. They feed/chamber very smoothly now. A couple groups at 200 today.

Sounds like either trigger or cocking piece issue to me. When you try it without the safety, does it dimple the primer, light a light strike?
-
I have now seen a couple bulls already starting new growth.

BLM land?

Still praying. Keep us informed. Bumping it up reminds us to keep up the prayers.

Copy. Thanks Tim.

They were an easy 3050 in my other barrel. And that was not max.

Man, if I didn't already have almost everything there, I would buy that in a heartbeat. Great deal for all that equipment.

My 6CM Proof barrel sped up 56fps once it broke in. From 3051 to 3107fps average. My .280AI Proof barrel sped up 52fps once it broke in. From 2924fps to 2976fps average. If my 6.5SLR Proof barrel speeds up about the same, I will be very happy. 2717fps average today for my light loads. The hunting loads were 2787fps average for 6 shots. Maybe go to 2770 and 2840? That would be plenty for hunting with the 140 HVLD.

Looks like I am only losing about 85 fps with the brand new barrel. Hopefully gain some of it back once it breaks in too. From 2800 w. 28" barrel to 2717 w. 22" barrel. Still have my 140 HVLD hunting loads to shoot, and a 127 LRX load that was 3050fps with the 28" barrel. If it were a little calmer, and the target frame wasn't moving so much, I think it would be well under 1/2 MOA. Right now, I am shooting about 1.2" @ 200 yards with it. Hoping the winds die a bit.
