That is one heck of a mule deer! Nice buck!

Great looking buck! Love his left side!

My wife would have had a rather stinky load of laundry to do after that.

Great pics. Thanks for sharing.

Awesome bears!

The black one looks bigger for sure. They are both beautiful bears though. Nice job finding these guys! How far out were they?

Thanks for all of the info guys! Can any of you recommend a place to shoot out past 200 yards? I am in Peoria.
-
Interesting. I figured it would do the opposite, cause it was a bigger round.
-
Yeah, I see that. Right now I have it zeroed at 200.

Tonto NF was the only NF with fire restrictions and they were lifted about two weeks ago. There is a fire burning on Mt Lemmon that was lightning caused yesterday afternoon. Thanks for the heads up! -

I have the vortex viper hd's in 10x50 and I love them. Can't beat the warranty on vortex either. -
Thank you so much for the heads up. Hope you get better soon. Are ticks active all year?

You will learn your limits. You do need to be careful when sighting your bow though. You don't want to be doing that while fatigued. You might be adjusting to a mistake, which is what you don't want. As far as how much to shoot. That is completely up to you. Sometimes I shoot 6 arrows and sometimes I shoot 60 arrows. Just depends on how I feel. That is when I am at home. At the range, I will shoot for hours on end. You'll figure it out man! Just keep shooting!

Yeah, I say that is a cub. Beautiful bear though.

I am by no means an expert on the subject, but I am running a 180 grain through my 30-06 for bear. So far, I have shot them to 200 yards and they are working great. Going to head out whenever fire restrictions are lifted to shoot a farther distance.
