Using this logic we should outlaw tree stands, blinds, hunting water sources, binoculars, camouflage, off road vehicles... on and on and on. All these give the Hunter "unfair" advantages or have caused some sort of disagreements.

Just had to read and look at you pictures again before I head out there this morning. The beautiful close ups are helpful so I know what I'm looking for... I am not a javelina magnet.

Who knows how common it is. Im sure your "buddy" isnt the only one. It is poaching if he gets two, and its illegal if hes out rilfe hunting after killing in January. I doubt theres a system in place to verify it even if he were to get pulled over. Smart of you to get away from him, most likely its not the only shady thing about him.
