9 times out of ten its other hunters who took your stuff. Game and fish doesn't care what you put out their or for how long. FS might take it but sounds like too much work for your average FS employee.

Just wondering if any of you use a game cart for hauling meat/gear out? During the OTC season in August I used a moving dolly to haul my blind etc into a couple of remote locations but after a couple miles I quickly figured out bigger wheels and a different balance point would be nice.

Reviews ive read on those said the wheels were the weak point. How have yours held up?

Ive been contimplating the mountain bike thing for a couple years now. Especially with all the road closures. maybe even a little light weight trailer to pack a couple elk quarters in.

I just don't see the the cost/benefit in either product. Im interested to hear what others say though. Is this stuff really that much better than the average hunting apparel?

This a funny thread. I had a buddy who worked at one of the big box sporting goods stores. It was not uncommon for guys to come in a few days before season to by a bow.

Well done sir.

When did missing become unethical? Sometimes a miss is just a miss. If everything you've shot at, you've hit and its dropped within sight thats awesome. I've missed shots on everything from deer to ducks to doves. Once I even missed a javelina that I could have stabbed with a knife. As for wounding and losing them, it does happen. Too often in my opinion but sometimes in spite of our best efforts we may miss that one clue that led to a downed animal OR what we think is a fatal shot is not that at all.

I'm gonna try some lower elevation stuff, see if I can get any from the masses.

This stuff works. I spray my ball caps with it so they don't get all sweaty looking right away.
