BTW the buck scored 196 and some change....

Good catch on the bucks in the truck! One is a whitetail the other two are Muleys...The whitetail are moving the muleys out more and more each year...kinda sad....

We hunted 3rd season and finally at the end we managed to get some snow and get the job done...185" buck...

You need I think 2 or 3 pts. I buy a landowner tag so I can hunt every year...

It was a Rifle hunt...actually missed him ( very steep uphill shot) at 350 in the morning but we were able to get up there and find him several miles away...put him to bed, came around from the other side in the afternoon. We relocated him and when he got up as the sun went down shot him at 400 yards...Scott Limmer who is a good friend asked me why did I not do that this morning and save 8 hours...I told him I like the hunting part too...he just laughed.

He was 29 and a 1/2 ....scored 186....

Thanks and YES 2012 was 3 big white tails a Bison, Mulie, big cow elk...and a nice Antelope here in Wyoming! I have already drawn a New mexico Unit 52 Antelope with my Muzzle-loader and a Burros Mt. Muzzle-loader Coues deer so I am off to a great start, I am pretty sure I should get my Nevada Muzzle-loader deer tag, will also hunt Kansas for deer and it is 50/50 in Iowa....lots of hunts in Wyoming...depending on the draw but at least I start hunting on August 10th and am not done till the week before Christmas!

Looks like a good start for me this year! A Burro Mts. coues and also a 52 antelope get to use the smoke for both! August ( for Antelope) can't come soon enough!
