Great topic! I just bought a pair of Kenetrek's on Saturday, boy that was a tought purchase I was tired of buying the Danner Pronghorns every year or every other year let alone walking in wet boots. I tried on the low cut and the high cut and ended up going with the the high cut, i liked the higher support. I wore them for the first time yesterday and they felt a little odd at first but they were very comfortable and i think i will really like them. I have quizzed Couesfan about his pair several times over the last year and everytime he say the same thing " the best boot I have every had" so with his testimony i did it. I'm just sick and tired of buying boots that don't last! Monty

WOW, what a great topic! I can't agree enough with all of the others, take the kids NOW. This is how I look at it, each and every time you don't take them with you it is a day you will NEVER make up. This doesn't just go for hunting it is for sports, school events, anything. I had a rule of thumb that i would use, if my boy didn't go I did go. Now with that said it was very painful when he got older and ran with his friends, girls and trucks. When he would go out in the woods I would just wait for him to invite me to join him and his friends, he didn't invite me very often so I would sit at the house like a dog that you didn't take hunting. I knew this would happen as he got older, but I still to today have not learned to accept that he and I can not always be in the woods together, i'll get there. I told my wife this summer that I would like to adopt a young child so that i had a "partner" again like the old days. Enjoy them kids! Azsagebrush

I'm glad the 2 of you had a good time on your "honeymooon" at the Grand Canyon, I wish I could have seen you but I on a "ghost hunt" looking and listening for screaming elk that were not screaming. One monring there were more elk standing behind your truck in the parking lot of the hotel then we seen that morning. I'm glad you enjoyed. Monty

Shuttle T's are the ones to shoot. I shot the Stinger for years and they flew good through and older Mathews, I tried them thru the Mathews Riezen and they were OK to 40 yards and then they took a crap beyond 40 yards. I put a Shuttle T on and they flew like a field tip.I'm guessing that the speed was an issue as the Stinger's would float at longer yardage thru the Riezen. just my 2 cents, Azsagebrush
