They are correcting apps from the original deadline in February, not the update payment date last Sunday. The way I understand it, is some people encountered an error during the payment process, and when they tried to redo their application, it came up as duplicate. Therefore, they were unable to successfully apply. And now the game and fish is contacting those who followed the proper procedure as far as a complaint goes, and they are correcting the error so they will be successfully entered into the draw. Kudos to the game and fish for recognizing the error and making an attempt to fix it, because I am sure some of these cases happened well before the final deadline.
