Nice work lance very cool deal, I'm already working on a 200 yard gun -
I'm doing new mex this year as well, first time for me. I just looked at the draw odds and went with high draw odds areas. I'm actually doing muzzy and rifle bull in October, odds are better than az units I put in for. Good luck, these days I doubt there is an overlooked unit in the country

Pinch and calipers. Nice work and sticking to a routine for a year is the key, needs to be part of everyday life not just 2 months before elk season. You'll be a beast in the hills when you get a tag

Help me find a good Spring break camping spot for large group...
MULEPACKHUNTER replied to Adicted's topic in The Campfire
Hey another great place would be camp wood, there's a designated atv area up there in the woods. My son raced dirt bikes up there a few times. Lots of trails and very cold up there still. It's up north of Prescott on Williams valley rd -

Some of my family spent thanksgiving out there a few years and we went up and had a good time. Everyone out there seems respectful. I ride my mules out there as well. All the riders are cool around the animals. -

Your not going to take trailers to Sheeps crossing, road is bad. I would suggest jackass flats near wickenburg. Huge open area to camp and it usually has other atv and utv. You will need to bring firewood though. Very nice at night out here. Still nice during the day too. Tons of miles of trails out there. It's up castle hot springs road -

Shot this morning and mailed it out, I think I forgot to shoot one round though. Was there a 2 shoot group bottom center? Haha oh well. Man the humidity did something for sure this morning, my last cold bore was dead on. I had to hold off high right every shot, it was a pain but not bad hits on some of my shots. Not bad for 3x9 scope and axis rifle. -

No doubt , how many lbs of lift you think for 4 tires? -
Good week for me finally, made it out for my runs 3 days, also took the mules out and walked jogged the dog each day, nothing crazy intense but feel good. A little thing I did was buy a dip, pull-up, leg lift contraption and put it on the patio headed for the mules, every morning and evening and some in between times I stop on my way out and do pull ups , dips, leg lifts, and push ups. Actually made me sore by the end of the week. Should be on a magazine cover sooner than planned. Haha

Little early for big bites but should be fun, I scoffed at fishing them but ounce I started going out it was a blast. A lot of small fish yes but we have found a few 3 lb and up. I have been eating them all year, not sure about that Mercury deal??? I don't feel dead at the moment!!!! Fish tacos all the way. I like to drop shot shad if I can net them but chopped anchovies works, try to cast out away from the main bait ball and let your bait drop deeper and you might snag a larger fish. The bite is really lite so be ready, Hoghunter taught me the trick and feel to keep them from swallowing the hook. A lot of finesse.
