I have always looked at my crews as a team, I try to get the mentality of taking care of your teammates and not letting them down and not so much each individual trying to make me happy. The hard part is building the team when you are constrained by HR and are basically stuck with guys. In that case I pigeon hole non teammates and give them little responsibility so my base team gets most of the work but I can count on them and I take care of them. When I’m lucky the non teammates get rid of themselves. The big thing I have done over the years that helps get my guys to be teammates is I stand for them even when they screw up. I don’t name names and usually use my name or at the worst I say “WE” and if they need something I make it happen.

To be honest I have not looked for reloading supplies in a while, me and a few buddies slowly built up stock over the last 10 years and ran into some deals along the way. Im always ready to buy up someones unused reloading equipment and pick up odds and ends here and there when I see stuff pop up in classifieds. We got lucky and ran across some military pull components so our plinking has been with that stuff.
