Very interested on how the meat was? Just want to know for future reference. Hope it was cool enough you didn't lose any? Also congrats great deer and outcome. -

Working this weekend so my workouts are done until Monday, Only made one run and one hike for the week. The mules got alot more miles than I did but my eating was pretty good. Splurged with some fish and shrimp tacos for New Years. Like Mark said here we go for 2015. Leaving Monday for a week long backpack in the snow, should drop some flab on this one. Best of Luck to all this year, lets get ripped for that spartan race we need to plan.

Way cool, nice job -
I guess I wouldn't take cams anywhere but I don't mind if someone wants to trash the ones in wilderness areas. Lol sorry guys but I love wilderness the way god intended it. Not the way some want it.
-
Other threads in here on that. I called game and fish as well as forest service and they said no cameras allowed. Its abandoned property like the tree stand an blind deal. But in the wilderness areas its a big no no. Leave no trace policies. Look that up too. Its the only nice quiet PCs of land left
-
Wilderness areas are off limits to camera. Illegal to leave them in wilderness. I agree with madx.

I'll tell you even if I knew the camera was there I would have hunted the same. I certainly would not hinder the spot and set up a blind or camera but its a free country and I have every right to hunt there, sorry but I got out of bed and spent the night on the mountain and whom ever had this cam in there should have done the same and I would have passed on by. I do see some plus in leaving a business card though, but if some doesn't call back or tries to say its his spot for the season same deal he or she better be there or I just might be. As for finding my own spot and putting boots to the ground well I challenge anyone making that statement to try and do more of that than I do. Doubt many could keep up

Can't even answer the question because I am perfectly ethical. Your comments have nothing to do with my statement you quoted. Greyghost

OK so just this Xmas eve and day I found a waterhole and hunted it both days along with glassing it and the surrounding area for hours. No luck but before leaving I went close to look for sign and found of course a camera. No one around for miles and miles so am I unethical?
-
Has he read the pack goat thread. Good info in there. I believe its pinned
-
Can you help them over the fence like sheep? Ha ha.
-
Why cams suck, there's one on every water hole. So I guess I should not hunt anymore so I don't go in your spot. Lame.
-
Lol
-
Cams suck, quads suck, utvs suck, blinds suck, abundant access with roads sucks, crappy dumping ground shooting areas suck, stupid unethical people suck, anyone want to add some more???
-
check out L&Wranches.com 150.00 per day no limit on hogs, they are west of childress tx. My buddy in Texas ended up being all talk when I actually hit him up on hunting so no info there.

The study guide game and fish gives you is the reg books. Test is easy to pass.
