OK so I have mentioned before I am restoring a messed up Mauser 98 I picked up for very cheap, my son has also picked the same gun up and I will be repeating this work on his gun. Here are a few picks , I have stripped and sanded the stock already and now I need to tackle the fore end warpage and then it time for pillar and action bedding, hence the devcon. More to come. Oh and its a 30/06 I'll get picks of the fore end warpage fix

Seems like you let this guy walk all over you, put words into your mouth, buddy up with you to get evidence, it seems to me that there should be some type of lesser ticket that could be issued, this seems like a broad conviction statement when what it states is not what happened but maybe they dont have a lesser charge to work with, either way I would say you really screwed yourself not fighting this charge tooth and nail when it happened? Sorry I am sure you know that. I would say 100 percent lawyer at least to look it over in the wording of the charge statement and the report from the officer and his statements. I am thinking a judge may be able to drop this but it may not come off your record easily, also from my seat your were planning on and would have broken the law had you not run into the warden so that plays against you. Sun Mon Tue so far this week made 4 miler running each day. Finally my pool is open again so headed there tonight with the wife for some laps and a run. The lake had too much debris last few time out so I'm up for the pool for a few weeks. Now if I can just get on my road bike I'll be happy.
