Very old craftsman welder working order. Needs a plug end added on but I have used it and its a beast. Old as heck but that's a good thing. 50 bucks. I haven't used it in years so its just collecting dust.

OK I made several runs last week but still only a few swims and my bike is still hanging upside down, I did manage some motocross laps at canyon 2 days. You guys got me going on mile times so I chucked a mile last week and took off at 6 min pace but I crapped out at .7 or so lol, that really hurt. I can run for 2 or 3 hours slow but my speed jumped off the train a few years back.

I'll be in the east valley Thursday and Sunday. Around Roosevelt and broadway if that works. This sucker is heavy so be ready for decade lift workout

First of that was not head on, a lot of angle in there. Not sure what my decision would have been. I don't think there's anything wrong with it. I have seen a lot of those type shots be successful. I wonder had it gone wrong and he ran off never to be found if opinions would be different?

I was trying to remember when we dumped TV and I couldn't remember? 5 years plus my wife says. Best decision we ever made. I do have internet but rarely use it. I use my work computer mostly and my phone. Our life is solo much better without TV, lost weight and mules are in better shape, also the house is looking better. I do miss ufc and food network

Man those are some great runs both of them. I do a lot of base running in the 9 or 10 min mile range very good workout. I can still remember at my low point several years ago when I decided to make a life change I could barely make a mile on the treadmill set at #4.
