Air fare will be more than 3000,00 I'm sure. My wife went out to visit a few years back and flight was over 4k for 1 person. Maybe she flew first class and tricked me? I have her video and pics and we have good friends there, I will be making the trip next time. Not sure bout hunting but fishing for sure. Have a great trip. Feb is when she went and it was spring time there I believe. -
Very nice great work everyone

Man where to start, story is way too long and Im sure most on here have heard alot of the same stories so heres the condensed version, over 14,000 trail cam photos since June, new hunting area for us, tons of mule miles, tons of foot miles, tons of elk, great freinds, great elk camp, good food, lots of opportunities on bulls, nothing on the ground but it really was a great trip. Cant wait for a tag of my own or heck even another buddies tag. Have fun out there.

Great trips congrats

Unit 29 Leftover Tag
MULEPACKHUNTER replied to CouesCoues1062's topic in Rifle hunting for Coues Deer
I did that hunt as a leftover same as your doing a few years ago, I had never been down there. I did some serious hiking for a few days and then stayed closer to camp for a few. I glassed hard, hiked hard, drove hard, zero deer. Not even a doe. Only doe I saw was very young crossing the road at night headed back to camp. I did see several bears including the largest I have seen to date. I saw only 1 group of north bound hikers. I ran into 2 other hunters but pressure was low for me. Beautiful country but lots of cows and ranch fences. I would go again and maybe work the east side of the range since the west side was not great for me. I believe I camped at turkey creek camp. I was solo as well. -
Ya looks like rattle snake

Very nice congrats
