I went with the outdoorsman tall adapter and have no problem.

They have a pair in the bargain cave right now for $350.

I have had the 15X56 for a while but finally got to look through them the other day. For what I paid I am extremely happy. They are clear and picked up the light pretty well. As for any sub $1000 binoculars they are not perfect around the edges but still pretty clear. They will get the true test in December for deer and January for Javi. At the worst I will keep them for a while and then pass them onto my son with such a good warranty.

I got my outdoorsman in three business days. Cant be happier. Glad I waited to buy it instead of going the cheap route. They might still be $30 off.

Just got my adapter in. Works great. Glad I dont have to deal with the Vortex adapter anymore. Hopefully use them a bit this weekend between bugling sessions!

Ordered one today. Less than $100 tyd with the stud. Just in time for hunting season.

Fishing was good Saturday. Had 5 fish for 15lbs. Top nine teams had over 16lbs. Seen quite a few bed fish.

I got the Vulture 15x56 in today. I hope to get them out next weekend doing a little coyote hunting. I know they won't compare to a lot of the brands but I am excited to get them out. For $412 to my door I couldn't pass them up.

March 19 last year. Hopefully sooner this year.

I am sure I will cry the swaro blues once I get my vultures but I don't have the cash to spend on them right now. I figure these will get me by for a while and when my son turns ten this will be a perfect pair to hand down with the good warranty. I find what I need with Nikon 10X42's right now so this will be a big step up for me. In a few years maybe I can step up to the next level but for $400 they will do.

I will let you know when I get mine. Rep from Vortex said they should be here at the end of the month. Going to take them out and compare them to a few different styles when they get here.
