We will be up there for the two weeks. Should be a good hunt. Hope to check some cameras next week.

My 10 year old son got one of the 20 December Unit 21 mule deer tags. He is excited. What a first hunt to have.

We were off the 84 road by Bear Canyon and it was not bad. There were still a few open spots. Did have one kid drive by fast on a quad. He only came by once. Other than that it was a great trip.

I am sure it will be. We go up today and come home on Tuesday. Normally we only go on Memorial Day for the archery shoot, but the family really wants to get out of town.

Not this family. Kids are excited to shoot the bows and do some fishing.

At least the rim lakes are still open. Bear Canyon is holding on.

I still havent received an email. I know I got charged but no email. My buddy did get his.

Ordering a propane fire pit today. Keeps the nights interesting.

There goes the family tradition for the archery shoot. Looks like we will be going to Bear Canyon if they dont close that.

Hopefully we can make it one more week before they put the closures out. Family tradition to go camp at Clints Well and go to the archery shoot. Kids will be heart broken.

Shrek and I will be going together. We have never hunted there before, but have some close friends that go every year for muzzleloader. We will probably go up for a few days with them and I have done a lot of mapping already. Hopefully find some good ones.

A connecting line between the two should work at the bottom of the tank. That is how my water tank is set up. There are two tanks connected at the bottom.

Shrek hunted where he sees them during deer and got one opening day. With little snow this year the birds will probably be higher than normal in my opinion, but that is not saying much.

It is a 5/8x24. I have the same gun.

I used the Ruger threaded muzzle break and it did great for the same gun.

Arizona Archery Club is the only one in the valley I believe. That is a smoking deal on that bow.

The bad thing is Alamo has a hard time filling back up. It was as low as they were dropping it for three years until the rain mast year. Only natural fill and it takes good rain to fill it up. Last year was the first time you could use the ramp in the last three years. Back to the dirt ramp I guess.

No. Last month it took over 20lbs for five fish to get a check. Lake was on fire. Have a tournament there in the beginning of April, so it could be rough.
