When you get too many of these. Brian

Probably over a 6 or 7 year period. All from ranges of 20-50 yards. I actually don't mind getting them. I think they are really cool and quite the trophy. Brian 6-7 year period with the same arrows and same wraps/fletchings. Wow you are adamant with your set-up. Looks like you found what works. Figure if it works don't fix it. Been shooting the same bow from 2008. Haven't found one I like better.

Just open the cage door and let it go. No big deal there. Trappers wouldn't care if you did that as long as a person doesn't damage the trap or take the trap on purpose. Brian Thank you and quickly I'll admit I'm not exactly sure how the cage works, but I was definitely thrown off when the comment was made that people carry in the cages. Looks like I may have misread it, my apologies. A lot of people get ticked off that their pet was caught and then they will destroy the trap or take it and turn it in to g and f. Which in fact is against the law as tampering with the trap. On the cage door there is a little latch that keeps the door from coming up, just move it out of the way and lift the door up. Also releasing a targeted aninal, bobcat or fox, is considered tampering. Just for your information.

It's doing ok. Still trying to get comfortable enough to hunt with it. After this archery hunt going to really work on it to be able to pig hunt with it in January. Just takes a lot of time and practice. Have one robin hood will it

Congrats on a great looking bear! Brian -
Ok, who has a pic of their first archery memory or kill. Guess it doesn't have to be just archery. Just post what you have. Here is mine. Back when I was five or six years old. Seems like a long time ago. How time flies. Brian

I've heard a lot different things about he Klumps. Where exactly are the Klumps located at in 29 and 30a? Just wondering out of curiosity. I hunt 29 a lot and never ran into them. Brian

Nope... We fumigated, but my guess is I got bit in the shed or while we we were working on a truck that has been sitting a long time... Since it's a family site, I'm not gonna post any pictures. Do a google image search for "brown recluse bites" and you'll see exactly what it looks like. It basically looks like an entrance wound of a 45 acp (i.e. a big friggin hole). It's finally healed enough you can't see the bone, but still deep enough to be nasty and hurt like heck. I looked up the pics. Wish I didn't Glad your ok. Bian

That's weird. It usually takes them a few weeks to cash checks for leftovers, charged for 4 bucks is just strange. Somebody needed lunch from the dollar menu.

My dad and I got our first choice in 29, the early Dec hunt. Hopefully we won't get to use them because we filled out in archery season Brian

Guess I'm going to have to rethink my strategy for August. 120 or bust. Lol Brian
