standman replied to BowHuntAZ's topic in Predator Hunting and Trapping
That's the end game they are seeking. Get it on the ballot. Brian -

I know some pretty good rumors and third hand info. It's not something I'd post just because of that. Brian

They are big and heathy. Just the way the fading light is making them look. Been catching three- four different age class of fish. The bass fishing is good too with great numbers and age classes. Bass are just gorging themselves on shad. Brian

It got real low but it made it through the summer. Brian

A lot of water. Lots of ramps in water. No issues launching. Brian

I'm no expert but i think when all the rain/snow melt fills that quick it washes a lot of crap into he lake. Think it's actually good for the lake. Lots of good nutrients for the water. Should be a really good thing. This ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Brian

Fur sale was a lot of fun. Tons of awesome info from the Buyer on fur put up to what to look for on each species to help identify what quality of fur you have and much more. Top cat went for $1090!!!! My top cat was $800!!!! High country cats averaged around $350 with desert cats averaging a little lower. Nice meeting those who came. Brian

Latest info from Lance today.... The buyer Eric, who has always done well for me, is planning on being in Flagstaff on Saturday March 11th. He said that he is also interested in fox and coyote and will buy them. He also said that Bob Small told him the Kingman sale wasn't going to happen so that's why he is making other plans for this date. The meeting place in Flagstaff has yet to be determined. But plan to be there!

Thanks I will let Lance know and when a time and place is determined I will let you know. Brian

Dang. WishI would have seen this earlier. I just tossed some Bobcat skulls today. They were missing the bottom jaws but would have been good to practice with. -
Great video but you ruined my whole night with the spiders ππ Brian

I used to take a sock bottom, put sardines in it and tie it to my string.......I found it brought in way too many cats, Pizza seems to kinda slow the cats down.I like the hook idea....... . I caught very few cats but I did catch two foxes with the bacon in the front yardπ Brian

I've been using one like that for years except for a couple differences. I don't use a pan in the back, I use a large hook tied to it and put bacon on it. The back of the trap is wire screen with a 4" hose attached to it. That way I cover with a tarp and attach hose to atv exhaust and gas them. They work great. Brian

Yep ^^^^^^^ This. Family has three of them in different calibers. Great accurate gun. Brian
